I never thought I would see an A/Econo dragster run that fast. If people knew how much was left in this combo, they would not believe it.
It wasn’t too many decades ago this dragster would have scared some AA/FD’s.
Delta Wing = Triangular shaped wing, like the Greek capital letter "Delta".😊
Gotta love all the innovation in this car! Ford fans should demand someone run this engine in Pro Stock!
That is the most scientific and coolest dragster I've ever seen. I love it and I'm really not a dragster person
THANKS BROTHER JOE ! 🇺🇸
I looked this innovative creation over in St. Louis....Beautiful!
One of the few cars built lately that show true engineering innovation.
Great job by the driver explaining some of the changes. Awesome vid, thank you!
Harry is a genius!👍👍
Wow I’m excited at the hints he gave about Prostock next year 👏👏👏👍👍👍
Maybe a view to future dragsters in other categories also? Great video Joe. Thank you.
A/ED with 500 inch pro stock motor !!! ...a long way from the classes origins.... still, love the innovations these comp guys keep coming up with. Great race car guys😊
Awesome dragster Clint!
Come on Joe you didn't talk to Ron Neff, he was right there!
Hi Joe. Thank You!!!
Always pushing the innovation, well done Clack!
Tricks galore in that dragster. Very nice.
That's allot of technology and aero. Really like the dragster. I see the cars number starts with a 5 so is he from D5? Not a ford fan though 😂
Wow!!!😊
Beautiful car an
I truly love these attention in the pits. Just saying.
"Attention in the Pits" shows us the Sportsman classes, which I enjoy, rather than endlessly showing us the Pro classes. The interviewer really knows his subject, he educates the viewer without overwhelming us with too many technical details. He introduces the car and its driver, then steps back and lets them do the talking!
So much tech
Impressive, to say the least !!
So cool!
Praying we see a Ford-powered Pro Stocker next year :-)
Good job love you From Dino Mares Fontana CA
Joe that was a fantastic interview I love the design of this car being a Formula 1 fan , I can definitely see how when Clint sits in there , he is sitting the same angle as a Formula 1 driver .
I like this that's fantastic the only thing that would top this car of course in a Econo Dragster you can't run a manual transmission but this car would be fantastic with a manual transmission I wish they would allow that in NHRA Econo Dragster .
Would a manual trans be legal in A/Dragster? magnificent car!
@@michaelhalsall5684 Michael that's a great idea the only problem it costs a lot more money to make an A dragster .
NHRA doesn't want the econo classe's with A manual transmission In these two categories .
I think it is really sad because if you go the route of A dragster look at the cost of the engine of an econo VS an A dragster engine you're talking three times the amount of money just on the engine alone .
Wow
Really wish Ford would have spent the money for a competitive pro stock team . I know it’s such a big commitment to start a new engine program being so far behind Chevrolet.
RIP Vern
Vern was Awesome!
This car top qualified in Comp. Elim. at the 2024 US Nationals😊
Allegedly their is less than $100,000 in this entire car which if true is impressive considering the motor alone!
Great to see the innovations in this car. Chassis tuning rather than simply more BHP is the way to go! In Comp. Elim. running very consistently is the way to go, so by being able to adjust traction to suit changing track conditions will aid this. The use of wind tunnel testing is very $$$ but pays dividends!😊😊😊
