@@FoundYouForaging we are in a north south boundary here so we get a varried mix of trees and mushrooms here Its cooler here now this group is starting to come out I believe the huge one in this family should be out now they are the size of dinner plates but not edible We have tiny ones not edible as well Theres a few mushrooms i still need to get to know its so interesting this time of year vegetative growth is gone but roots and mushrooms are still available
I tasted a fried one at my last voyage and now ive become a huge fan of that speses

They are late season, leaf litter loving , strong odor mushrooms.
