Is there any software to calculate the presentage based on pips? It means, We think stop loss is 4 pip. Then i want to adjust 1% to it.
You find 5 min is best time frame for this? ive been doing the 2min and doing well.

So if not in a OB/OS yet, and you get a different direction Mogwai signal, do you reset on directional bias or continue to wait for a OB/OS.
We continue to wait for OB/OS on the MACD Indicator.
FYI if you get that error you can press F5 on the chart and click confirm it refreshes the chart and clears the error

I don't understand the reason behind picking such a wide 20 pip SL. It looks so random; and then picking on the other one just like 13 pips SL? What sense does it make; like randomly picking SLs?
You have to remember pips work differently from currency pair to currency pair and time of day. For example a 10 pip move in a very volatile market could be very small. However in a slow market a 10 pip move could be very big. So therefore your SL will always be different depending on the day.

Hi Sue, no because we are risking 1% per trade and I think most prop firms have a limit of 5%. If you go over 5% which would be 5 losses in a row, you would fail.
Thanks for your reply Jamie. I asked because I was looking at the FTMO Challenge and that has Maximum Daily Loss 0.5% and Maximum 1% loss. I thought the video was great though 👏🙂

Your actually not funded.
A trade with 2 pips sl cant even work because the spreads would trigger sl instant.
Also you was tradeing a 48 hour period and noone would catch all these trades.
Showing a 2 days data of the indicator doesnt show anything.
If you watched the start of the video, I said let’s trade for 48 hours and see how fast we could get funded for abit of fun. I agree a 2 pip SL is abit tight, but you could use a 5- 10 pip SL and the result would be the same.
Bar replay on Tradingview isn't a good example to go off of, but its efficient in this video in showing it works
Nowadays you get raw spreads on prop firms, with 0 pip spread on G/U, so a 2 pip SL is very possible ;). He traded for 48 hours continuously which is unrealistic, but the idea was to show you can get funded with the strategy, might not take 2 days but thats not the point, some people pass challenges in 5-6 months, which is still good.
