guitar!
Raising those acts. This just sounds like it belongs on classical guitar. Brilliant job as always
I love your Videos too!
This is a classic from my childhood, thanks. Never expected this one. Plays like a baroque piece, huh
I JUST got this song out of my head. How could you do this to me
and you know when it's over, Sacrifices is going to start playing
Geez, those contrapuntal bits! This really shows off your insane chops!
Been a while buddy, missed you. Hope you’re having a great year so far. This is beautiful as always!
This song is So. Freaking. Difficult. You make it look so easy. Incredible.
Here I go again learning another song I've never heard of before because you make it so damn good. Thanks, Sam
Gorgeous work. This song was such a huge part of my childhood.
I hear this one in my head sporadically.
me looking at my guitar for the first 15 seconds: 'ya know...'
this song at 0:15: chuckles
me from 15-21 seconds: 'I mean, I'd really need to want it...'
this song at 0:22: 'NO!'
me the rest of the song: loving it and thinking 'I mean, the intro is cool too'
Quite the comeback, my man!
Just a month ago I remembered this piece and instantly went searching specifically for an acoustic guitar cover of it, hoping I'd find your version. Now that wish came true! Amazing, as always, love it!
That middle part has some mad skill
ActRaiser is a very unique game i think everyone should try it out
They remastered it for the switch. Have not played it yet but it does exist.
Thank you for not having a full 20 seconds of silence as the intro to your performance videos.
When you feel Sam struggling (and yet delivering a superb performance), you know this is serious hit. Bravo.
Looks very challenging lol
That might be one of the most perfect songs from a video game for a classical guitar arrangement. Excellent job!
holy s#!t you did it! I've been asking for about 2 years. dude, you are awesome, thanks!!!
Wow I did NOT expect this one! So memories rushed in for one of my favorite snes games! Thank you
Rebirth of the channel! It feels great to see you come back with such an intense baroque piece. 2022 is starting very strong!
It was such a privilege to grow up during the 90s, when video games were entire compositions of music on a tiny cart.
bruhhhhhhh Actraiser. So many memories. you nailed it!
ActRaiser is EPIC! Great rendition!!
Hey man glad to see you back. I checked to see if you made any new content a bit ago and saw that you hadn’t uploaded anything. I hope everything is ok. Keep up the awesome work, have inspired me to play more classical stuff and get into finger style too! Welcome back!!
Dream cover! Thank you so much for bringing this into the world and making a tab.
Thank you, I have been obsessed with this song since I was a small child,.
My username came from this game. My brother and I used to call the blue boss with a golden axe "Father Axe Keeper" as we often made up names for enemies when we were kids. Anyway, awesome song, thank you for covering it!
I knew this piece would come toga-ther as well as it did.
The master returns for his people!
I've heard this music in my dreams for years and not known what it was. Thank you Sam.
Awesome. Totally forgot about this wonderful song.
Bro this is awessome, brought back memories for sure. That game was great. You played it beautifully, really amazing. Thanks for sharing \m/
Your song selection is the best!
Sam Griffin sighting! Missed you, man.
Yes! New video! This is great, lovely tone
Sadly I only recognise this track from a TerminalMontage video, but boy does it translate perfectly into classical guitar.
WOOOOOH Sounded great! Good to see ya again
I absolutely love this song, and my grandma still to this day owns ActRaiser on the SNES!
gramprnts with videogames is the best thing
@@KairuHakubi travel back in time 20 years and she could put most to shame at Dr Mario, no lie
ty for playing an actraiser piece! one of the greatest soundtracks in all of gaming.
When I heard this on patreon it took me a while to figure out where I heard it. Then I realized Extra History uses it as their opening theme.
Beautiful song, Beautiful arrangement, Beautiful performance!
Perfection.
Omg this game was so awesome!
You’re one of my favourite music RUclipsrs ❤❤❤
Magnificent, one of my favorite games of all time
Beautifully done. :D I'm so glad you covered this. Thank you!
Masterful performance as usual
Hope Yuzo Koshiro listen this beautiful version of one of his masterpieces!
That toga looks amazing! I want to buy one and wear it everyday at work!!
This is ri-goddamn-diculous. Awesome.
Played this wonderful games weeks ago and it was amazing. So much nostalgia *_* Great playing! Greetings from Germany! :)
Griffinato!killing it sounds great brozini
such an underrated game!!!! love it
Man what a wild game. Part RTS, part platformer.
Shame they eliminated the RTS aspect in the sequel - this was such a promising hybrid game
I just imagined Sam playing this as a naked cherub baby, flinging arrows at monsters with his feet, and now 2022 is turning out alright...
Was just reaplaying the game on its remake version. Nice video.
IDK if this is the right term but how the heck can you just play such a polyphonic piece on six strings. It's insane dude
The playing was so good I didn’t realize he was wearing a toga on the first pass.
Ah man, I was hoping that one day that one of you would cover this! So good!
Actraiser is awesome! This song is wonderful and brings me so many good memories! There's a new version of it for Nintendo Switch.
Very much like Bach! Love this song so much. Great work.
I'm so in love with this song, and you played it so well!
Beautiful just classic beauty.
Track fucking slaps. Nailed it!
ultimamente eu olho todas as noites esse vídeo, muito nostálgico pra mim, e essa sua versão passa uma paz ... parabéns
admiro seu trabalho
Lol, get this over to extra history! =D
I have a request ^^...
Wild ARMs - Into the Wilderness

Great piece. Who knew hospital gowns were fashionable. I hope that colonoscopy went well this time. 🖒😃
The return of the king!
This kicks ass
He has returned!!!! :')
Hell yeah I love this game! Great song, great cover
Yes, yes, all the yes! May I suggest "Stones" from the Ultima series? It would fit perfectly with your playing style
That was so lovely! ❤️
Wow. That looked really difficult.
whaaat! that is sick!
Perfect
Amazing. Must’ve of taken forever to learn.
Excellent job 👏
Slayed it dude!
Thank you for this! ^___^
Oh I see you are a man of culture =)
I Think i buy it and learn it !
i have a question about your beautiful guitar. is the coating on the corpus french finish? do you have experience with that? i have a french finished guitar (the first one with such a coating) and it is beautiful and the guitar sounds great (i dont know how much the coating has to do with it, but it sound great). the problem is, the coating is really sensitive and dulls quite fast at places where you touch it. especially sweat and body heat is really killing it quickly. since you play with a t-shirt in this video, i would like to know your thoughts. i do not like the idea to always use cloths and long clothing when playing it. but it kinda sucks for the coating. do i need to let it be refinished regularly? or is it purely an esthetic thing? since you are a trained classical musician, i thought, i might ask if you have some tipps or warnings?
wow. great.
I had no idea the Extra History theme was from a game! I really should have figured though lol
Loooooooollloove this
"Birth to the people off your sound hole?" hahahahahahaah
This song could have perfectly been taught in my classical guitar lessons
just beat this classic last year...almost
Nailed it🤘
i like that shirt a lot, i'm gonna get a pillow case and some electrical tape and make one of my own!
great playing as always tho
any possible way to get a 10 min loop of you playing this ?
Nice toga!
One guitar playing two parts at the same time.
If you have to ask, yes, it was ALWAYS Walpole.
You could easily fool me by saying that this is a classical piece instead of a song from a videogame
Out of my sound hole! Lol!
Toga time!
I was thinking the same thing! LOL
THE BABY
THE BABY IS FLAPPING
THE BABY IS WATCHING
Arrows
