We visited Salt Springs in Ocala National Forest in Central Florida the summer of 2023. This is the shorter of two videos. See the longer version for the drive up to the springs, the walk through the park, and of course lots of swimming!

The water from Salt Springs is slightly saline, so blue crabs, which usually only live along Florida's coast in Salt Water, can live at Salt Springs. The water from the Springs pushes up from the Aquifer. There is a slight current where the spring comes up out of the ground, but it is not so strong that the current is dangerous.
