Lol he is! That's a great observation. He came home with a school certificate the other day rewarding him for his confidence to show & tell in class - sign language! He's getting very expressive now. A native signer indeed.
its just amazing the communication level between each child and there father as sign is such a "paying attention" level of communication. i love watching this, truely amazing how fast a child can pick something like this up....
Hi Wesley, glad you loved this video clip. I must provide more soon. Yes its amazing how much little kids can pick up in languages. He's now practising lots of Auslan Grammar & doing great at it! Thanks for your sharing your comments. :)
Hi Lisa, this video is so beautiful to see. Love that Dianne shared it with me. So lovely to see my brother being an amazing father, he shares many mannerisms with his Dad. I hope you are all well & happy. I miss Steven dearly. Please pass on my love to him xo
Hi Kirsten, thank you for your lovely message. I'm delighted you enjoyed this video. I have passed on your message to Steven. I hope you & your family are well. Kind regards, Lisa Mills
Ah, gorgeous Lotus. "Stop being mean to Daddy!" (or was she telling Dad to stop?). Nonetheless, this is a really valuable video depicting authentic Auslan use in the home that I'll be showing my Auslan students. Cheers.
@@LisaMillsOnline your husband is good signing to your kids. Is your husband deaf ? When doesn't understand what the kids said does he get sad or crying about ?
That kid's got a lot of expression. He'll be able to show and tell at school - with a difference.

Grace Cortier he’s deaf yes. And when kids are sad he’s fine about it. Kids are bilingual & always adapt their communication for us. 😊
@@LisaMillsOnline does your husband Steve cry? Because doesn't know what the kids are saying?
