your painting on the dolls and background is magnificent. I love your book and it did inspire me to make one. I have been doing the Julie Nutting dolls and love them but never thought about looking for other dolls, dah! Thank you so much taking your time to share I know it helped guide me. I make cards and sending them to people but realized I want the dolls for me too. Now I can make a book. Thank you very much.
Love......... the idea of putting the pages in the pockets. I think I will try your idea for my mini mixed media journal pages. Thanks for the inspiration.
Wow, thank you for sharing. I hope you will continue sharing your guilty pleasure. You are incredibly inspiring. Not only do I see the Julie dolls in a different light ( I actually want them now lol ) but you've inspired me to consider digi stamps. Oh and to use my distress inks more.
Hi Jeanette, thanks so much for sharing your album. I got the "Princess Bride" vibe from that image too! One of my all-time favorite books and movies. Your pages are inspiring, and you are so talented. Your coloring skills are awesome!
Your coloring is absolutely amazing! Did you take classes or are you self taught? All of these pages are incredible. I asked earlier what you did with them, this video answers my question.
Hi Mary, I think they are all listed. Here is my blog link where you can see the photos of each product. Let me know if you still don't see it. I did check but maybe I am missing something :)jeanette-happythoughtsinkspots.blogspot.ca/2016/07/my-art-journal-julie-nutting-more-video.html
+Jeanette C I looked and don't see her on your blog either. She's at 7:04 in your video....beautiful girl with flowing hair and flowers in the crown and near the bottom too. I think you said Sugar Nelly design or something...I think?
+Jeanette C sorry to keep leaving messages, but I looked on the website. I couldn't find the one you did but I found a few very similar (but not as lovely, in my opinion). They are under the Home Grown digital tab, and they're called Floral Ladies, each with a different number. They look so similar, I'm very sure they would be in the same grouping, but I cannot find the beauty you so brilliantly brought to life with your amazing coloration!
Hi Mary, No worries. I actually now realize that I didn't leave a link for that one :( My apologies. I received that image because I am part of the Design Team but you are right, it isn't on the website now. It is part of the Floral Ladies collection. I imagine it is #1. I remember now that when I posted it last year, we queried as to why it wasn't in the store, but I guess it isn't available any longer because it wasn't added to the store. Sorry for all the time and trouble I caused you. The other ones are very pretty though and there is also an Oriental Ladies collection too.
Just beautiful ❤️
I enjoyed this flip-through and your work! Neat idea to use page protectors for your journal.
Thank you so much!
Oh my word... best coloring I have ever seen... how do you do it? Gorgeous.😍😍😍😍😲❤💯💯💯💯🎨🏆🏅
Simple yet very nice.
