thanks for this video ! so cool to have this resource
I love your videos!!!
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I love you!! Depict them I want their image to have them on my altar please!!!!!
Would love to know what is your explanation of the difference between Yúcahu Bagua Maóricoti and Yucahuguamá. Are they the same zemi?
I understand that these are ancestral spirits and not gods but I seem to have a difficult time differentiating one from the other. Especially as a Hellenic polytheist, it can be kinda hard to differentiate and separate certain concepts or attributes that my gods and my ancestors share. Ig my question is can and if so, how do I practice my ancestral spiritualism while participating in my religion? Awesome vid btw💛
I can’t instruct you on how to practice neo polytheism since a lot of it is not based on historical references of how these Hellenistic gods would have been worshiped traditionally and instead are interpreted through modern revisionism and neo spiritual practices (which in my view are bogus from a westernized bastardization of these ancient religions and mainly benefit capitalistic marketing of advertised spirituality that can be gained monetarily) but in this series I will help guide you by explaining each of these cemi spirits one by one in their own individual videos so we can better understand who they are and their cultural significance. We can of course draw similar comparisons to Hellenistic gods or deities from other pantheons but just know these are uncorrelated speculation because they did not have communication with these separate cultures and therefore had no cultural or religious integration with one another. I hope this helps!
Gracias por explicar bien a los que no conocen nuestra sangre boricua
Hey, I love you videos. I'm Puerto Rican and I'm trying to learn more about my Indigenous ancestory. I was wondering if you have a way for people to tip you or if you sell anything to support your channel?
I'd love to see your taino art. I too am a bruja and artist. I've spend decades painting 'Gods/godess's', spirits and totems. It' so awesome to create your own altar pieces with art. )O(
I want to see the paintings
Yeah do it
Hii!! I’ve been trying to research about what divination did the Taino’s used to communicate with Cemí but I can’t find much about it.. if you know some sources I’d be really thankful! Thank youu!
Hello! All of my sources are listed in the description box. Usually the behike (spiritual leader) would have gone through a ceremonial purge to cleanse their bodies, using a ceremonial vomit spatula and used guanguayo/cohoba snuff through a nasal inhalant which induces a state of hallucinogenics in order to commune with the cemi spirits through song & dance that would take several hours
@@bruja_cat thank you very much!!! :)
Thank you for sharing!! Please share your art, I'm sure we'd all love to see it
i cant seem to find your tiktok. is it still up?
I am so very interested in your paintings!! Do you use IG?
