- As a continuation of my series "What if Legendary Pokemon swapped roles" I ask the question, what if Box Art Legendary Pokemon from Sword and Shield and Scarlet and Violet game out in the opposite games?
Koraidon and Miraidon now being the mascots for Pokemon Sword and Shield with Zamazenta and Zacian being the mascots for Gen 9 Scarlet and Violet.
I'll do likely one more video in this series, including Fakemon for Arceus and Giratina swapping roles!

Miraidon will become Kenzaidon (Kenzai (japanese for sword) + don) and Koraidon will become Shirudon (Shīrudo (japanese for shield) + don).
Zacian will become Zamirai (Za + Mirai (japanese for future)) while Zamazenta becomes Zakorai (Za + Korai (japanese for past)).
With how splendid these Scarlet / Violet names are, it's unfortunate that the "-raidon" is now gone.
Also, Zamirai sounding like Samurai, and Zakorai sounding like (Masahiro) Sakurai is great!
Extra thing here, “Don” means tooth in Greek
shieldon already exists and i feel like shirudon feels too similar to that...

Zamirai reads like a Russian word "Замирай", Which means as if you're being ordered "Freeze" or "Don't Move."
Zacian(Violet) reminds me of MetalGarurumon, and Koraidon(Shield) reminds me of WarGreymon from Digimon

- Miraidon is now Durendon which comes from the legendary sword of Roland called Durendal
- Koraidon is now Aegidon which come from Aegis the legendary shield of the goddess Athena
- Zacian is called Crasian which “cras” is Latin for tomorrow
- Zamazenta is called Herizenta which “heri” is Latin for yesterday

For Sword and Shield:
Excalidon (Excalibur (sword of king arthur) + don)
Pridwendon (Prdiwen (shield of king arthur) + don)
For Scarlet and Violet:
Zavilette (Za + Violet)
Zascarat (Za + Scarlet)
Future!Zacian definitely should've got a lightsaber because 1: Past!Zamazenta kept it's shield mane thing (which looks awesome) and 2: lightsbaer dog is dope as fuck.
That said, love the designs!

Zacian and Zamazenta as the mascots of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet look like they could be the past and future paradox forms for Lycanroc.

Well it’s interesting because Koraidon & Zamazenta are both Fighting type so they would keep their types if they both swapped games.
Zamazenta and Koraidon being the two legendaries I liked from these past gens getting swapped around is so damn cool. They look amazing

Pretty funny how the Violet and Cyan flipped, then Scarlet with Magenta.
For names:
•Koraigent (Magenta, Regent, Koraidon) and Miraiyan (Cyan, Miraidon) for the weapon lizards.
•Lupasada/Gliding Growl and Loboturo/Iron or Cobalt Canid for the time wolves.
It be interesting to swap pikachu and eevee with something like Groudon and kyogre

If I am being honest I don't see much of a point swapping those 2. Maybe I am just dumb but I see nothing relating to time or space in their designs, you could probably change their roles while keeping their current designs unlike the other Legendaries he has tackled who's designs are heavily connected to their role and Oppose their opposite.

Now Koraidon and Miraidon did get some paradox names, so i could think some for Zacian and Zamazenta
Zacian’s paradox name would be “Iron Canid”
And Zamazenta’s name would be “Royal Sheilder”. But maybe the name could be better

I think it'd be interesting to take Arceus and Girantina in the more biblical sense, for the lack of a better term, when you swap them. Like, since the devil is commonly represented as a goat creature, Arceus could take a more goat like and creepy appearance, while Girantina can still remain big and clunky rather than regal and elegant, but less so in a monster of death, and moreso in a "Be not afraid" biblically accurate angel route

I was think, instead of giving a sword to Zamazenta, you gave it a sword mane along its back while Zacian holds a shield in its mouth (or with its paw) that it Carrie’s to fight.

For the Names, How about just mix them?
Zacian + Miraidon = Zaciraidon
Zamazenta + Koraidon = Zamoraidon
Miraidon + Zacian = Miracian
Koraidon + Zamazenta = Korazenta
Something that I think could’ve been smart to do was change the electric horns or wtv at the top of miraidon’s head into a crown to match zacian’s old crown
Zacian and Zamazenta are just Prefix Za + Cyan and Magenta so that still works for the Sword and Shield games
Pretty much the names would stay the same for the respective games but not the legendary
because Past + Raidon ( Ride on ) kinda still fits this past looking Wolf
also the wolves would be the rideable pokemon then... you should make a Shieldless and Swordless version of the Lizards
Spadrogon/Spadrodon (Sword Miraidon) coming from the spadroon a sword commonly used by the British navy in the 18th century
Hoplogon/Hoplodon (shield Koraidon) coming from the hoplon an alternate name for the aspis shield used by Hoplites
It would be cool if you made the hero forms of Sword Miraidon and Shield Koraidon based on cyclizar and a presente version of Scarlet Zamazenta and Violet Zacian based on the hero forms
I have an idea for arceus:
Arceus can be based of by the four horse men
Zaroon and Zavender
for Zacian and Zamazenta, their new names are Zascarleta (the scarlet) and Zavioleta (the violet)

I disagree with the swap between the box legendaries for scarlet and violet, because you could easy alter the concepts into an ancient civilisation and an apocalyptic future aesthetic. Though I think that might be a step further than this series implements with the swaps, so maybe my idea is too ‘out there’ lol
