80 vert i’d say is best when making a popper type build to protect the rim and snag boards 75 only feels okay because that’s the first contact requirement and ppl are used to it but 80 is broken something about the “0” in the second digit seems to be the animation cap when talking physicals i’d say 82 is about the max benefit with elite contacts after that it’s a waste

most of my builds i went 82 and one at 85. i got a build with 90 very and it’s fuckin ridiculous. but that build also has a 90 interior d and a 93 block so idk

i’ve made mad builds. i see ZERO lies being told in this video. i’ve always wanted to try hof anchor but how much it takes from 93 block to 99 is fucking CRAZY.
with all my builds. silver anchor gets the jobs done. most are like 6’9 and i wouldn’t recommend ANYONE go 70-75. people make too much bs on you. at 80 interior d it happens but not as much. at 85 with gold post defense or w/e it’s called is where i see it’s very hard to score on me down there.
if you don’t want to go 99 block. 93 does very well. stop making these tall builds with no strength. you will get bullied.
vert helps with blocks and rebounds. depending on what you’re making your build for, that’s at your discretion.

My 6’3 gets chase down blocks with no anchor but silver chase down 59 interior d 60 vert u just have to play really good defense compared to my lock who gets them from the free throw line so I’m guessing the stats just help with better tendencies and distance/height u jump any height and wingspan also help
