It's funny I saw the same announcement and had assumed support was already there in the same way as ETH. Thanks for your video! Especially I had no idea about the separate chains compared to ETH. A bit confusing for someone who only ever used ETH.

Best off just using the ledger for ledger live supported assets in my opinion as any other assets are just to much effort , theres no way im doing all of this id rather just leave them on Binance lol...but great video for people that can assed with the chew on... Ledger say they support all them coins but in reality they don't as you have to manage them elsewhere

I sent COTI on nanoledger with bep20 but ledger still doesn't support COTI currency. However, an address was generated on bnb bep20. In the future, if the nanoledger supports Coti, I can recover the coins? Is there anything else that can be done? Thank you.

Great explanation as always. A lot going on under the hood is right, however I think as I do the process it will be easier to understand. One question, do you still have to send to Binance wallet to get it to your Ledger since this video is almost a year old.
Should we create many adress for many token ? For exemple if i want transfer solana cardano from binance to my ledger with smartchain. I have to create many adress or use juste one which is in my ledger ?

Hello I have a question. When i want to swap with my ledger through metamask like you are explaining here, metamask gives a warning saying "New address detected. Click here to add to your address book." Did you face any warning like that lately?
Can it take hours for a BEP20 coin to transfer from exchange to ledger wallet? The exchange (XT) shows a success withdrawal but not seeing it in Binance smart chain Ledger account. Thanks Rex!

I have a Metamask the same account that has different network assets. Depending on the net I connect with it shows the assets of the connected network as the networks I am talking about are EVM based networks. Does it work the same way with Ledger? I mean, can a same account support different network assets because the private key is the same?

Yes, yes, and probably. don't use the Math wallet extension but most other wallet extensions don't conflict with Metamask

Ledger does support Binance smart Chain. Just go to accounts and add a new BNB account. Just make sure you use binance Smart Chain and not the older binance chain. You can store your BNB and binance US dollar there. Just make sure when you withdraw from Binance, you specify BSC chain (BSC20)

Are you able to add ANY bsc-20 token to ledger? Even a brand new one that launched and may not be on popular indexes or something?
And what about BSC-20 NFT's? Can you transfer those to the ledger as well
If you mean BEP-20 tokens, then yes you can transfer any BEP-20 token to your BSC address (even the unknown / new ones, yes, as long as they are BEP-20 tokens).

You should be able to transfer from your wallet to Binance if you want to. But I don’t think it’s a good idea to use Binance as your wallet mining address. you’ll be getting small amounts on a regular basis. I think it would be better if you simply created a separate wallet on your phone for your mining profits. Then when you’ve accumulated enough, you can transfer that to Binance to cash out.

Hey! I'm having trouble withdrawing cake token from my metamask ledger wallet. An error keeps popping up when I try to withdraw. I also tried to bridge my metamask with my ledger wallet to see if that would work. It only Bridges with ETH so it also fails my withdraw transaction because it's a bsc token. If someone could help me out with this issue I would forever love you.
