A Tribute to Some Great Contemporary Carvers

I sure miss the North American show. The Sunday "Service Class" competition was really something to experience. At its peak we had to limit the pieces for auction to 40. Many pieces sold over $1000 and beyond with Betty Odine sitting in the front row running up the prices. It was standing room only on Sunday with Bobby Sutton and RD Wilson doing the auctioneering. What a fun time!

This video is a sight for my sore eyes. With the shooting season on and me trying to catch calamaries all night, I can barely watch anything. But this video has just made my day. When the season is over, I will hopefully have a lot of your videos to watch and learn. Thank you TC. 🙏🦆👋🏻

For sure Josh is an amazing carver and person. As I mentioned in the video, there are many great carvers out there and my tribute was limited to a few. Not intended to exclude others.
