A "Snitch" is slang for when someone tells a person (usually with authority) when someone else breaks rules or does something that's considered unacceptable.
*Dictionary definition: To secretly tell someone in authority that someone else has done something bad, often in order to cause trouble*
For example,
*1. Lets say you made a mess at home and broke something and you wanted to hide it from your parents, but your younger sister/brother told your parents what you did.*
- Your younger sibling would be a "snitch".
*2. You saw someone cheat on a test and told the teacher*
- You're the "snitch."
In this case in the clip, Gigi saying she won't "snitch" is saying she won't reveal who or what was said.
