He's right though. The racing has become so aggressive because of lack of applying the rules. The moves that are normal in F1 would get you penalized for aggressive driving in most other motorsports.
This came to a head in 2021 I think. The ultra-aggressive moves by Verstappen on track with no punishment from the stewards can be traced back to the laxing of the rules and was predicted by Lewis in this very interview!
