That pinwheel almost looks like one of those toy windmill things except it's on an elevator XD
That's a neat elevator with the window. Also cool that they let you out on the roof of that building, that isn't a very common thing on commercial buildings. Its a lot more common on residential buildings because the usually have a pool or maybe a party room/party deck/clubhouse on the roof.
Late reply here, but the roof's actually part of the Museum! There's a mini Ferris Wheel, school bus, garden, slides, and a bunch of other stuff up there. It's just an extra charge on top of regular admission to get roof access.
It's the pinwheel-o-vator :P

1:27 I like it better if the Counterweight is on the side of the cab because if it was on the rear, it blocks the view from the glassback cab walls.
