So sorry this happened to you! At my store it’s a draw-almost depends on not just who’s working but what kind of mood they’re in! The RR for the household deal didn’t print for me either. I was intentional about not getting the Cascade because another content creator said she thought that the Cascade might be keeping the RR from printing. Now we know it’s not that!😮 At least my store gave me WC instead.

I love watching your videos. As a shy person also, maybe you could film in store without talking and then talk over it when you get home? I also had a frustrating experience yesterday because the register didn't print out the rewards. I used the Colgate deal as an example. She told me because I clipped the coupons in the app, the register reward wouldn't print.
@@mikeuchi23 so, I tried to do voiceovers at home but it’s extremely more time consuming and I just unfortunately don’t have that time. I haven’t heard of that reasoning why they wouldn’t print yet. That’s totally a new one. If we had to choose between coupons or rewards, we wouldn’t be shopping there 🤷🏻♀️
Call customer service and get what is owed I don't leave the store until I get my money I will sometimes call customer service right in the store They will give you wags $ for your digital is not coming off

@@debbidolittle I tried to “quit” Walgreens and just do online only orders, but half the time they would just cancel most of the order instead of substituting items. I learned fast that was not the way to go.
I wonder if all walgreens are having issues with the Catalina machine. I just made a purchase two hours ago and nothing printed for me either… I was supposed to get $5rr and $3rr. The manager is a new manager and didn’t know how to add wc. He did tell me to contact CS, but has anyone had a good experience with CS regarding getting WC?
@@noulee8792 for CS it honestly depends on who you get. Most of the time, they will tell you just to fill out the Catalina form. If you get a really nice one, they will give you WC, but that only happened to me once so I stopped trying.
