I only have 1 Walgreens in the small town where I live. There’s a couple of nice associates, but there’s a couple of mean ones. It ruins my day if I have to have a mean one. I don’t get it. I’m always kind to them. I love the coupons and the boosters but I have slowed down with shopping there because I don’t like my day ruined. Walgreens gives us the deals but I guess some employees don’t have a clue about customer service. I guess what I’m saying is, you are not alone, some stores have their own rules and the manager doesn’t care how they treat us. I hope they enjoy the recession we are going in. I still get my prescription’s there but I don’t expect the store to be open in a year. I still like CVS but I have to drive 45 miles, but it’s worth it, they are always polite to me. You do a great job with your videos, I appreciate your info.
@@joybell9 I’m sorry it ruins your day with bad employees, but it really does. I totally get it. I’m not breaking any rules and I’m not stealing, so why be all but hurt about everything? I worked customer service jobs for years, so I know how tiring they can be sometimes. But I’m not going to let them ruin couponing at Walgreens for me
This is my EXACT situation the 2nd store closed last year and the most ignorant ass mgr transferred to the other store , she accused me of coupon fraud when I tried to use dove ips before she verified on the verify site which always says UNILEVER qs arE INVALID so ya I was trying to commit coupon fraud
I always send in positive reviews for the employees that treat me great! On the receipt survey - I never give any review on the mean employees. So now the nice employees really love me and treat me great and I ignore the meanies as best I can. Ugh. It can really ruin your day though when they are rude.

It really sucks that these stores can pretty much make up their own policies. I think at Walgreens, that's something that happens a lot. I'm glad you're drawing some attention to the ones who are making your shopping difficult.
Yes, Walgreens is a mess. I have 3 Walgreens by me and in each store I can ask the same question and I get 3 different answers. The bottom line is that we know more about the store that the employees. Shame, shame, shame

At my store register rewards don't attach to any items. I can have 3 items with digital coupons and still use 4 or 5 paper ones

Most Walgreens employees are not nice. They are lazy and they don't want to help. Plus, we couponer know more about the store than they do which it is a shame.
I have two meanies in my store! I never leave them reviews on the surveys, but I do give great reviews every single time for the nice, professional employees. They love getting great reviews so they treat me like gold. Lame employees can really screw it up
@@DKIkard there are only 3 cashiers that I see at my store. 2 are bad and one just is kinda there. Nothing to rave about. I have tried to go different days, but one of them is always there. I wish I could go at night and see how it is than

Ohhhhh im sorry to hear about your cat being sick. Yes that is their "corporate policy" if theres no coupon attached then uou can use a rr for it BUT WE ALL KNOW RR DO NOT ATTACH TO ITEMS ANYMORE AS OF TWO YEARS NOW so 2 items 5 rr ....i legit have ONE WALGREENS HERE and most employees are straight up ignorant af and i avoid shoppinh there because of it
