Ai is such a good mother/ and friend to Annie. I think Annie enjoys playing with Ai as much as she does Kiyo. I love Ai, she's such a sweetheart. 💖 And, so is Annie
Despite all recent problems they still are a family. Shabani is a special gorilla. I think at this point most silverback would feel the need to intimidate any other potential silverback alphas, whether they are family or not.
This is such a great and well adjusted family. They have their squabbles but what family doesn’t? I just hope the zoo makes the best decisions for their futures.
Well that was a fun video, Ai & Annie playing was nice to see. Shabani being his sexy self, reaching out to Kiyo & scratching his head.. I know this is just a holding place but seriously please clean the shit & grime of the walls, it's disgusting. Thank you for sharing.🦍🧡
I can't say this is 100% true in this situation because it is hard to see, but sometimes walls that have water resistant paint on them can get discolored due to constant washing with harsh chemicals that are used to disinfect surfaces. Same goes for metal, it oxidizes on the surface and it loos like dirt but it is just staining. I know this from washing enclosures of rescued birds. The only way to remove them is to paint over but painting would mean that the area would have to be closed for several days - not just for the paint to dry but for the degassing after it. I had some cages that were washed many times with combination of diluted bleach, concentrated peroxide, and even vinegar - because different types of bacteria are sensitive to different types of disinfectants. That cage went from chrome in to black in a matter of 6 months. And finally some food items, such as carrots, beats, kale, if pressed against painted walls can't be washed and using disinfectant on those stained surfaces created brown or black permanent staining.
@@DuneDemon8 That was certainly a mouthful of information.😂 Thank you for sharing this with me, I hope that is case, I just want her best for all Gorillas. The best enclosure I've ever seen is in Taipei, Taiwan.. The beautiful D'jeeco family. It should be the blue print for all animals. Thanks again for taking the time to explain this to me, it makes me feel abit better.🙋✌️
@@Johnjohn-dt6hw They eat a variety of fresh veggies and also have shelter from the storm and rain. They can go outside unlike some enclosures. They do have each other as a family.
Ai looks so cute with her lips pressed and playing with the ropes and Annie! I bet she was the cutest little baby!😊

シャバーニって粗暴なイメージあるけど、よく観察していて子供の成長に合わせて接し方を器用に変えているようにみえる。群れのメンバーみんな順応性がハンパない😮私より社会性がちゃんと身についている😅すごい!
Shabani bello tiendeme tu prodigiosa mano ❤
Thank you for the video.

I would really like to see Gentaro and Momotaro get along like this. They both look so lonely sometimes

I feel so bad for them that they have to spend their whole lives in jail.
Poachers and other gorillas will kill them. There happy there

@@sandraphillips1718 Jail is still a jail. They should not let these poor animals reproduce in the zoos to make their horrible fate continue.
