while I was already intuitively grabbing multiple amorphous and matching multiple drop hits in an amorphous (e.g. desired weapon/common descendant component with a crystalization catalyst and/or ultimate descendant), I did not realize you can also search for description in the amorphous list. thanks!
I've determined that it's pretty similar for both methods now. 1 min 30s x2-5 for recon +3 min for void shard farm + 3~min for reactor bosses. Thats about 11 - 13 minutes in the worst case for reactor farms. And for collosus, 4 - 7 minutes for infiltration +3 - 5 minutes for some collosus kills like molten fortress, and I think we have pretty similar efficiency for either game loop.
Opening ten patterns and hoping to get the 10% drop means you have a 65% chance of it dropping. I usually farm around 20 patterns to have a 87.8% chance of it dropping. Seems to be the sweet spot for me personally. Great video btw but the probability comment is wrong. Just thought I’d share so people don’t get upset when they don’t get it.
if something has a 10% drop chance, it will statistically on average drop 1 out of 10 attempts. Now farming up 10 means that most likely 1 out of those 10 will drop it. It's not a guarantee but it is a lot faster compared to going and getting 1 and then opening said 1 then repeating over and over again
@@drapple1215running the probability around 65% of players will get a 10% drop rate item within 10 runs. So 35% of the people who followed your advice might feel mislead. Just point them toward a drop chance calculator so they can see the numbers for themselves. Probably less headaches for yourself in the long run
@@drapple1215 if a run takes 7 minutes regardless if you do it one after another or if you do bosses in between, how is it faster to bulk farm? If you farm 50, get super lucky and get 5 before you open up all 50 (let's say 40), you essentially have wasted all the time spent farming the 10 you didn't need to open. An argument could be said that you can still open them for catalysts and activators, but we can assume that doesn't matter if your only goal is the one thing you're farming for If we assume a dungeon is 7 minutes and a boss is 2 minutes, how is the length of either of those going to shorten if you do them back to back as opposed to alternating between the two?
It's probability based game there is no pity system or Increased drop chances. 10% Drop chance means its a 90% chance not to drop. If I flip a coin it has a 1 in 2 chances of being tails. If i flip it once and it lands on heads does that mean my next flip will be automatically be tails? No, its still 1 in 2 chances this is how the game works. Everything else you said in the video was perfect. Just that last bit at the end needs to be reworded. Great video tho
I had no idea I could filter patterns by the thing I wanna craft! Thank you very much!
Your videos are actually useful and pretty short, which makes them even better. These are much more helpful than the generic streamer videos. Thanks!

Dude that first tip was so insane for me lmao
You and me both🤣 wild

Some ppl are farming ult descendants, me I'm getting ult dependents from farming ult weapons!
Im honestly impressed they even bothered creating a wiki page...
Good first tip…the amorphous material is clunky

I just get it first try every time. So much faster.
I'm just trying to get an enzo mod, but i might quit before that happens lol
The only thing that is off is your math lol 10 percent drop rate doesn't mean you need 10 not how math works lol but everything else legit info
