October 2024 - Wisconsin Public Land Bow Hunting

Unfortunately, in the bow hunting world things don't always go as planned. Here's the story of my 2024 Wisconsin Public Land Buck that I was unable to recover. My arrow deflected off a small branch, which resulted in an extremely low shot. I called a dog tracker in at the end and he shares his opinion on final results.
I self-film my hunting trips to look back over the years and relive the key moments (Good or bad). This allows me to share my stories with friends/family and take them along on every hunt.
My Hunting Style:
I use a full mobile setup, specifically the Tethrd Saddle with Lone Wolf climbing sticks. My hunting style is inspired by groups like: The Hunting Public, John Eberhart, Dan Infalt, Cameron Hanes, Chris Bee and many more.
Ultimately, these videos and this channel serve as a visual memory bank of my hunting career

Good on you for getting a dog and sharing the video. Not recovering isn’t a great feeling-sorry, man! You had a hell of a setup and were where you needed to be. You’ll get another shot at a good one for sure!

Great footage of the bobcat. Did the bobcat let the rabbit go?

Thanks, the bobcat originally came in with a rabbit (still partially alive/injured). Then left the rabbit and it seemed it intended to circle back and pick up the rabbit again. I ended up spooking the cat off since the buck was walking in.
