Incredible information. Very nicely done on both sides. I certainly wish I wasn't as old as I am and a little left behind with some of it. But I really enjoyed listening..even though my brain felt like..!@%&#/×) with some of it.😄

Just for your information; A traditional fax is simply considered more secure than email. The reason why is because it uses analog public switched telephone network (phone lines) which are not accessible to the public and are not shared along the pipeline as the TCP\IP Ethernet traffic is. Now the new VoIP fax machines are a different story....

Please, Rich, you are acting as if you did not know you are on camera. You are looking in every which direction except at the camera or closing your eyes which makes you look insincere. You don’t do that in your other videos. There was a marked contrast to Dana who looked at the camera all the time. Apart from that, the video held a lot of info including several of the questions I do have about Dialpad. It is not easy to find a HIPAA compliant phone system for a practice of one that does not get poor marks for its mobile component. Most systems are too complex or the ones that are not have ‘no HIPAA compliance. .

Hi Sten, first and foremost I truly appreciate the constructive feedback. I will take note of your concerns for sure in future interview videos. Second, regarding your comment about finding a HIPAA compliant phone system: I wouldn't say they are hard to find per say, but the dilemma comes into play in certain "areas of validity of compliance", mostly surrounding the use of virtual meetings (video) and SMS/MMS texting in the platform in question. Outside of that, in the basic form, before complex usage or human error gets in the way, MOST all of the systems we talk about on this channel are HIPAA compliant. But again, sometimes there is that grey area which depends on the particular business's "usage model" of the VOIP provider in question. Thanks again for watching and I appreciate the comment.
