I see what the problem is with daggers (and any super short weapon). They need to have a separate animation to other weapons. You can get a lot of power behind a knife swing or stab, but it comes from the arm's momentum generation, not the weapon's leverage.

Yeah, especially with the thrusts it seems the point of impact doesn't work well with something so short.
