INSANE 7KG PENANG Char Kway Teow Challenge with Chung Ling Omelette! | Slammed in Under 30 Minutes?!

- In this video, I was challenged by the distinguished Princess Terrace Cafe in Singapore's King Copthorne Hotel to take on a 7kg Penang Char Kway Teow Challenge! The challenge got even more intriguing when the chef decided to add a unique twist to my dish, topping my Char Kway Teow with a legendary Chun Ling omelette, a speciality hailing from Penang.
This exciting fusion is inspired by the students of Chung Ling High School who often order this combo. Watch the full video to see if I managed to conquer this mammoth mountain of deliciousness!
For those that wants to attempt this challenge. you just need to finish 10 plates (which is slightly less than half of what i ate) to get a 2 nights stay at their hotel!

Great work zermatt !! maybe a small observation, I noticed that this video and the one before have a way too orangey color grading which makes the food that you're featuring too much of a orange hue (especially this penang CKT). It could be the warm lighting from the restaurant , but I would enjoy it if I can identify the liao that you're eating in your challenge clearly.

Is food stuff like Penang Car Kuay Teow , cendol, etc in a 5-star hotel, restaurant, buffet lounge, still considered 'street food'. As far as I know, Penang Char kuay-teow is that skinny grandpa, in the street, with his wok, dishing out the BEST ORIGINAL most delicious PENANG Char kuay-teow. I am not putting down your effort but guys if you are touting char kuay teow from a luxury hotel, in a restaurant, buffet style, naaah.
