Beautiful design however, the laundry area seems not safe coz there is no fence around. Masaya ang mga kawatan na magnanakaw.And the balcony area in the 2nd floor has no roofing too. Sayang ang sofa ulanin at arawin. Safety is very important in building a house. Aside from that, it was perfect. Congratulations
Hello! Thank you so much for your comment and feedback, that means a lot to us! 😊 About the fence, we don't usually put a fence around the house in our visualizations, it kind of obstructs the view. But yes, we do recommend putting a fence around the house if this design were to be build. About the balcony, it would indeed not be advisable putting a sofa on the balcony, unprotected from the weather. It would highly depend on the owner/client though. In this case we put a sofa for aesthetic purposes. 😁 Thank you so much for watching our video!
Nice, but 1 room at 2nd floor dont have toilet, can suggest 1 toilet for 2 roóm at 2nd floor?

The CR upstairs is only for the master bedroom. The CR at the ground floor could be used instead. I designed it as per request. 👍
