ma'am In Quantization of charge you said in macroscopic quantization can not be ignored but according to NCERT textbook and google also it says quantization can be ignored in macroscopic level because the charges are not transferred in fraction...

K is a dielectric constant ( K= 1/4π€) i.e , 9×10^9 Nm^2/C^2 ( it's fixed value we should remember it, they won't mention particularly in questions)
