I appreciate your your job. I have one suggestion for you. You cursh the masala on sil batta . The flavour of fresh masala is yummy. You crush the patta , onion and all masala as per as your need. You add dhainya ka patta with soft stick ,chop it very fine pieces. This process increases flavour of food ,when fried with masala. I reside in Mauritius. We cook veg halim. I am sending you the recipe you can try for donations of food. You take Red lentil, masur ka dal with skin 1kg. You take wheat 200 grms and otemill 100 grams. To increased the volume of ingredients you can sprout gahu and red lantile for two days. Boil the redlentilil and wheat in pressure cooker. Second step You take soyabin crunch sock in water for four hours and cut in small pieces. Cut the carrot in small pieces. Keep 200 grams of peanut, Shengdhana. Third step. You crush the masala as par as need, Put oil, add masala fry it well with chopped soyabin crunch. Add boiled red lentil, raw peanuts and oats meal . Let it cook on slow fire then before removing add carrots. It is sweet in test and gets dissolve in lentil. The carrot is optional. We must have small crunch of carrot, soyabin and peanuts in our mouth. No need of meat. It cook very quickly. Lesser expensive. The peanuts replaced the oil so add less oil. You are cook, you make it as per as your test and show to people. Onion leaves also increased the test of halim add at the end while serving. Namh shivay. Dear friend. You are good cook. My mother eat nonveg but my father don't like , he allowed in home because he wanted to send chidren abroad, we stay in joint family and lack of food and quarreling after food is made , many of family members become vegetarian, we used to eat veg food cooked for my father. اب اسکودوسرانام دینایاتوزبان(لینگویج)کےاصول سےکم واقفیت ہےیاغیرضروری تجددپسندی ہے۔۔۔
