- I went to the Dollar Tree and bought a ton of stuff from their electronics section to try out. I've never really bought much Dollar Tree electronics, so I wasn't totally sure what to expect as far as quality.

The keychain flashlight is meant to help you locate the keyhole not illuminate much more than that ....I think.

The first flashlight, you can get at Walmart for 88 cents. They always have them and they come in all sorts of fun colors, for the different seasons. We have a ton of them around the house. Great little flashlights.
Good to keep in the car. Helpful to find stuff on the floor of your car or trunk
I have the Walmart one too. Stays on a nail in the garage for entering the “scary place” aka under the house. Always handy and never have to remember to bring one down.

Put the extension cord in your suitcase/travel bag for hotels when there are not enough outlets!
I just got the bottle opener flashlight keychain & it helps me find things at the bottom of my purse. I use the wall lights in closets where there isn't already a light & they're awesome.
I wish more teachers realized Dollar Tree headphones/earbuds are a bad idea, because they are on a lot of school supply lists. I’m a teacher, so I’ll help spread the word!

I’d say that watch would be great for little’uns trying to grasp telling the time. I think we live in an age now where most kids are more likely to grow up reading 24hr clocks than traditional, so it’s handy for that.
Those tap lights are great for night lights for the disabled too! I don’t live in the US but we purchased a cheap one online for the hallway for mum in the night before our hallway light was installed, so she could tap it on & see where she was going. I think that first tap / touch light was warmer than the second, both great quality though! Loving your humour too lol xx

Kelly Bell and work great for small spaces like a night stand or vanity. Also my desk and extra plugs for under the tree!
The little push lights are brighter, but the switch lights are easier for little ones to understand and work. We get a lot of power outages in the winter and spring and these switch lights are great next to littles' beds and in the bathroom so they don't get afraid. The push lights work great under cabinets, and as main room lights when the electricity goes out.

I wondered about those push lights. The only two things I purchase from the DT “electrical section” is my sunbeam light bulbs, and I also purchase the sunbeam batteries as well. They last just as long as Duracell or energizer.

I buy all my aux cords from the dollar tree, they work pretty well for me but they don’t last longer than 3-5 months. But for a $1, I can’t complain.

Those little flashlights are great! I just bought some from Wal-Mart, I think they are a couple cents cheaper at Wal-Mart.
Excellent video! I got a $5 wall charger for my phone from the dollar store. It began to spark and make sounds and a smokey smell. I threw it in the trash right away.
The little watch might be good for a child that is 5 or 6 to test their responsibility level if they have been asking for a watch. I have the ear buds and I've had them about a year and they still work. I loved this video, you are hilarious! TFS!
I bought the mini power strip and used Velcro dots to attach it under a buffet table to make it easier to plug in my small appliances. It worked great. Thanks to your video I am going to buy some of the LED tap lights to go under my cabinets for some much needed task lighting!
I've found that their type C adapters work really well. I have about 6 bc my phone is type C but many of my other devices charge with micro-USB. I've been using them for a month paired with the DT charger cords (which have worked for me for the past 2 months the solid colored ones) which I consider safe because studies have shown that it's typically the wall adapter you use that would affect your battery and not the cord. They work wonderful for me, even when I bent an adapter! Anything else besides those and the push lights and mini flash lights (like the one you used as well as the 2 in 1 and the little light bulb one), I won't even try from the DT.

I have a SUPER old car and the only way to listen to music in it through my phone is by using an auxiliary cord. On a whim I bought one from the DT and I was actually surprised because the sound is great and it works so well! I only use my old car for errands close to home, no long trips (she's a hoopty) so it was definitely worth a dollar! I will for sure be picking up one of those flashlights (I like to keep one in my car).

I think I would get the wall lights and put them on my ceilings and when the lights go out I just get the beer opening flashlight out of my keys to find the big one, to then get my broom closet to turn on the wall lights. Lol
I actually use that small power strip in my bathroom. Its the perfect size for the counter and that way I can have both my blow dryer and straightening iron plugging in at the same time (they both have the large box shaped cords that can't be plugged into the same outlet at once.) Solves that irritation!

I have several of the ROUND tap lights from Dollar Tree. Love them!
i have DT circular tap lights all over my house. very handy for dark spots like closets and in case of power outages. if you have them attacked to the walls in certain rooms, you can get around without a flash light since you know where they are already.

A power strips primary purpose is not to be an extension cord. A power strip expands an outlet or adds outlets to a location via an extension cord. plug the power strip into the bottom outlet and glue it to the wall. put a table under the outlet so extension cords are not needed.

Thanks this was a good one for the tap lights. I am always looking for inexpensive lights for hurricane season in S FL for my family and my parents. I like the light the tap lights you tested give off.
I buy batteries at the dollar store for kids toys. Then I wont care if they dont get turned off or not and when the batteries die.
Valerie Brooke that’s the only place I buy mine. Sunbeam is a solid product. I also get my light bulbs, sunbeam as well.

I have tested many headphones and earbuds from different places and Dollar Tree is the worst Dollarama is not as bad but not very good either. But the little lights are great for the most part. Great video.

I bought my hurricane supplies at dollar tree-got a few kinds of flashlights. Thank goodness Dorian turned away from South Florida but the little flashlights work fine!

The tap lights are not at our local dollar store, but will watch for them. We use the cheap flashlights and light switches to hang all around the house for power outages, They do good enough. The headphones they have some with the rubber ear pieces we get those by the arm loads because we have cats that will eat them while your using them...lol. I honestly would not buy the other stuff. Thanks for the video.

I saw the 1 foot power strip and considered purchasing it (because I have a spot for it), but it doesn’t have the UL cert so I decided against it.

I love you try the products so I don't waste a $1 🤑- seriously. Gonna get me some tap lights👍. I think the key chain light is just to help you see the lock ( key hole) or inside your purse. Then you can use your super bright flashlight to blind the burglar 😆.

For the power strip they make them only one foot because it’s notSupposed to be an extension ccord it’s just for if you need multiple things plugged in at one time so they can just sit on the floor without it being all the way across the room
