Hey Stefano! You should be very proud of yourself and all your employees. How you have handled the business this winter is awesome. It's amazing how many customers you have!!! Love your videos and seeing all the snow up there we don't get down here in lower Michigan. Congratulations and hope all you guys stay safe and healthy!

The 6M Deere's are a very reliable tractor. My 6115 & 6125M's have been solid machines. I was interested in the 5R's when they first came out but glad I stayed completely away from those.

Love to see the business side. How you market, capture leads, re market, crm/accounting software, routing software etc. we use a mix of softwares and it’s a pain. Really wish one software could do it all for both landscape and snow side.

Nothing different I would like to see. You guys are very entertaining. I like the mix you have of snowblower as well as the buisness side of the video that explaining very well how you run the buisness to be effective. Good job is all I have to say . Keep it up.

Cool video my friend. Get yourself a snap on booster pack you can boost about 10 tractors on on charge. They work great. Customer's have to understand it's a shared service. That tractor and blower set up is shared with everyone in that route. People are now tried of winter . The last storm down here the company's I deal with were all saying how quite there phones were. Oh don't worry first storm next season your phone's will light up again. Retraining the customer.

Thanks for these videos! I would love to see content on how you handle conversations with frustrated customers. Similar to your recent selling videos (you at the desk/phone). Thanks!

Great video! I would suggest getting a lapel mic for that handie talkie so you don’t have that antenna around your head when transmitting a message. You’re too young and valuable to humankind to develop any nasty crap from radio waves!👍

I’m curious why you choose to run tractors with blowers rather than skid steers with blowers? Have you tried skid steers?

    • @garyable8723
