Hey Stefano! You should be very proud of yourself and all your employees. How you have handled the business this winter is awesome. It's amazing how many customers you have!!! Love your videos and seeing all the snow up there we don't get down here in lower Michigan. Congratulations and hope all you guys stay safe and healthy!
The 6M Deere's are a very reliable tractor. My 6115 & 6125M's have been solid machines. I was interested in the 5R's when they first came out but glad I stayed completely away from those.
Love to see the business side. How you market, capture leads, re market, crm/accounting software, routing software etc. we use a mix of softwares and it’s a pain. Really wish one software could do it all for both landscape and snow side.
Nothing different I would like to see. You guys are very entertaining. I like the mix you have of snowblower as well as the buisness side of the video that explaining very well how you run the buisness to be effective. Good job is all I have to say . Keep it up.
Cool video my friend. Get yourself a snap on booster pack you can boost about 10 tractors on on charge. They work great. Customer's have to understand it's a shared service. That tractor and blower set up is shared with everyone in that route. People are now tried of winter . The last storm down here the company's I deal with were all saying how quite there phones were. Oh don't worry first storm next season your phone's will light up again. Retraining the customer.
Thanks for these videos! I would love to see content on how you handle conversations with frustrated customers. Similar to your recent selling videos (you at the desk/phone). Thanks!
Hey Buddy, what is your contract at for the season, Ours in Laval,QC. is at 250cms and how much snow do you get on average where you are? Love the videos , Keep em coming.
Hey Stefano, I would like to get started in snow within 2 years but just need some advice, is it best to start off with 2 tractors in case one breaks down what do you recommend? We do offer shoveling walk ways stairs etc… but really want to get into snow removal with tractors
Great video! I would suggest getting a lapel mic for that handie talkie so you don’t have that antenna around your head when transmitting a message. You’re too young and valuable to humankind to develop any nasty crap from radio waves!👍
I could watch anything snow removal related and enjoy watching the tractors do what they do
Man.. I just love the videos of being natural as is.
Thank you so much!

What do you guys do in the summer?
What’s your routing software? Looks clean and organized with the tablets.
Make a video on your iPad programs used for the routes.
Amazing job what do you do with your tractors with the off season✌️
Undercoat, deep clean, and store in a barn.
The bad design oil leak has been around since the 1960’s ties to jd parts sales
Great video homie !
Thank you!
Hi Stefano, How did you get started in the snow business four years ago?
One of his earlier videos explains how he and his partner got started.
What snow route planner software do you use?
I’d just would like to know what type of insurance is needed for residential plowing
Also do you use a certain app for all your locations on a gps of some sort?

We get an average of 350cm a year.
Still trying to figure out how you make profit if you’re charging a flat fee for a season
What program do you run?

2-3 tractors would be the perfect start
What size blower do you use on the l6060?
80"

Thank you for looking out.
I’m curious why you choose to run tractors with blowers rather than skid steers with blowers? Have you tried skid steers?
i gonna say speed to drive on road, also blower width.
Watch the videos....they are killing it!!
You can’t drive a skid steer 40 Km/hr …
