Hi, I'm currently a P1 student in Pharmacy school and my recruiter told me to wait to continue my application until March. I've been cleared at MEPS and passed the AFOQT for almost a year, what do I do in this case? Keep waiting?

You must be a US Citizen to be a Pharmacist in the Air Force. Once you have achieved that you may look into the HPSP program. However, it only provides for 1 to 2 years. If more is required, you will want to begin working on that prior to.
