Short answer: yes The people saying he's "not fun" just because he's not absolutely broken anymore are the ones that don't like the game being a challenge and just want it to be easy :/
@@Poxxerz Oh yeah absolutely, even though he took no skill to play, he was still fun to play (unlike Springtrap), but now since that made him overpowered got balanced, people wanna say he's not fun anymore lol

Yeah…no, the nerf made him feel like how he was in testing, don’t get me wrong, he’s a pretty good monster, however the slowness effect is extremely short in duration and portal explosions and devils rage only do 45-35 damage each, honestly it just ruins the monster in being fun
so if the only nerfs he got were range nerfs i’m good with that, he doesn’t need his abilities to stretch so far, even in batim his appearance from the ink in chapter 2 was not that big
I've loved Bendy and the ink machine for YEARS, so of course I got inkfell, but when I heard they nerfed him i got spooked cuz i didnt think he would be fun but you making this video helped me thank you
Every server I went to ever since the release had atleast 2-4 inkfells in them, and it seemed like they always had a double chance at being the killer.
inkfell is better than any monster and can sever wipe so MAYBE an s tier and the rest of the monster are just a to f tier because they sometimes suck... like vapor and rosemary and other kind of monsters mx is not s tier because of his endlag INKFELL BETTER
The nerf is bad, hes not fun now. Blade should've just decreased the amount of max portals and reduce portal explosion hitboxes and that's it lol, he would be still fun to play as and more fair to play against him I'd even suggest giving him a buff by making devil's dive hitbox bigger, reduce creating a puddle and teleporting cd's, make devils rage hitbox a bit better and he would still be balanced but more comfortable to play as (especially for new players) and maybe give him less stamina since he has less cd overall

I agreed he needed nerfs but I think the only nerf he needed was to add a timer to his portals like nilo and maybe reduce the damage of the portal explosion but even then. Im getting tired on how every time a strong monster comes out and they are fun to play they always have to nerf them to make sure they are balance and it's not fun. Monsters should be strong sometimes unbalanced and it should be hard for survivors to win since it's a reward and more monster chance point if you survive but every balance change just feels like it's in survivors favor and they are already strong it's not fun. ( And this is just a short rant sentence but because of inkfells nerf hitbox on his explosions it takes longer to level up and doesn't feel rewarding to land those explosions since how small the hitbox is now and the reduce damage)
No his nerfs are actually really good. He was THE MOST BROKEN MONSTER ON RELEASE (Besides MX). He was not fun to play against, and I wouldn't say I liked playing against him due to his lack of skill and lack of learning curve. FNAF 3 WAS HORRIBLE. The puddles were SOOOO BIG, that they were able to kill EVERYONE AT ONCE if they were standing near portals even if they were in different rooms. THIS WAS A NEEDED CHANGE.
After Playing with the inkfell nerfs I think he is A tier. I agree with you and he did need some nerfs but I liked how unique he was from other monsters his portals was his main weapon now they are eh and yeah he wasn't the most fun monster to go against I think some of his nerfs needs to be reverted and add timer to his ink puddles like nilo
@ the timers would be a little dumb cuz that would make him TOO similar to nilo, I think smaller puddles to make it fair small maps, maybe reduce the ink debuf time and that’s about it, maybe buff his speed a bit to make up for it..???

Dont use rage + portal its a waste just deal some damge then use it
Lets be honest, when he first released, he took 0 skill to use and was the most OP monster in the game.

My friends, this nerf actually made him better. The speed boosts he gets really make up for the range nerfs.

For me it feels like the players get slowed down more now compared to how slow they got when they were inked back then
They also changed the portal explosion range and devils rage explosion range
