I am 59 and struggle with obesity and binging. I found your channel and love it. I have lost over 100 pounds since October because I need my hip replaced, and the doctor won't do it at my weight.
My husband and I decided together that we aren't going to have kids. I never really wanted them anyway. Also I have mental illnesses that would make it very hard for me and I don't think a child deserves to have that as a parent. My in-laws aren't too happy about it but it's our marriage and our lives, not theirs. Last week when we were both VERY sick in bed for 3 days, we were VERY grateful for our decision. Hats off to all the parents out there, I don't know how you do it!
You know, your priorities change when you have kids, ofcourse it’s ”hard work” but you’ll put their needs before your own, sick or not - and you’ll happily do it for the rest of your life. And with that said - congrats on making a wise decision though, more people should follow their hearts and not do what’s expected from them.

I'm 41 and also due to my childhood abuse I decided not to have kids. I am lesbian so it was easy enough to be child free still not a day goes by that I don't thank heavens I never had kids. My two older brothers don't have kids. We live with our abusive mother and I don't want kids to be near her. That was one of my biggest motivations. I'm glad they didn't have kids either. Anyhow just my 2 cents on the matter.

I think we bonded over the trauma we shared. Each case is different but they are emotionally supportive and I like having my brothers around. We can't say the same about my mom sadly.

She visited me in USA and was so happy to find clothes that fit her. We have plus size clothing also for tall people. Btw. She felt so comfortable here and nobody stared. She is maybe size 24.. In Europe she can’t find clothes to fit her style. I just felt I needed to tell this. Average size of an American woman is btw 16-18. Sending you positive thoughts ❤

I don't think it's cool to be asking about Tammy's finances and how her money is spent. That's a private and personal matter. Not to mention it's dangerous because we don't know who's listening and know her or how to find her. We live in a very different world. Tammy. I didn't have children because I was raised by very evil people. I didn't trust myself and others to do a good job so I decided not to have them and my husband didn't;t seem to care one way or the other but was very against adoption. So we were parents to dogs, whom we love sometimes more than some parents love their human babies. But my husband died early, too young and I regret I didn't have at least one so I'd still have a part of him. Then my husband said on his death bed he wished we'd had at least one, that broke my heart. I will never remarry. But lately I've been thinking of fostering. My last two dogs are getting old and so, maybe fostering is in my future.
€ 300 for food cost is unbelievably low. Especially ( I hope you get healthier with the binges ) with binges is a real surprise to me. If I buy the same stuff including binges items in Sweden I will be lucky if I can get it to € 500 . By the way you have left a print on RUclips please keep going you are a real fresh of air.

@@kubuspuchatek2950 Thanks for responding. Yes, cooking for me at home is whole foods too. But not everyone thinks that way. Sadly heating a can of soup on the stove to some is cooking. So that helps me to understand that your grocery bill is probably less than Tammy's due to not buying lots of processed "foods". As you are vegetarian, I'd say also meat might be a factor except that Tammy doesn't usually buy lots of meat. Thanks for confirming it.
I am a type 2 diabetic. And ever since people have started buying this diabetes medicine for weight loss reasons (which doesn’t always work), i and many diabetics have not had this medication for our diabetes since last year due to the shortages it has made.
@@jessicap5010 I think she qualifies. Why wait for diabetes when you’re very much on the path or already pre diabetic when ozempic could help her tremendously? I think you’re frustration is meant at the already normal weight folks taking it for fashion or surface level reasons. In those cases it is a problem
Ozempic is hard to get in The Netherlands because of the shortage. Also weightloss meds are still a bit taboo in most of Europe. It’s not as popular as is in the US.
It seems like it might not be right for her becasue she already has mental health issues. It has caused a lot of anxiety and panic attacks for a few people on RUclips and I’m sure others as well

She only has time to think about food and binge and it gets very annoying when she’s constantly complaining about her finances but spends €40 a week on bingeing. Some families in the Netherlands are trying to feed their family on less than she has and she’s still getting government assistance when she is perfectly capable of working.

You're going back to do what worked for you to lose that weight last August but you regained all of it and then some. You need a plan that will not have you regaining. Losing and maintaining body fat should be the goal not just losing it.
You need to decide what is more important - food or children. Noone can make that choice for you and eating won't answer that question. Your ability to birth your own may be taken away at any time.
