Something I recently thought of. A Game of Bike where you use all the wacky creative bikes you’ve built over the years, while implementing the wheel of misfortune. You pick the trick, then spin for the bike. You could use this one, a normal BMC bike, the roller bike, the pogo bike and a skatebike.
So it might be certain death, but I really want to see Matty throw a bar spin, and then disengage the bars and throw them oppo so the fork/wheel spins regular and the bars spin oppo!
Just ordered my next bike from yalls shop im 22 haven’t rode in 8 years hit life trouble but now im ready to get back on the bike im so hyped and still have the passion cause your vids daily play
It's always nice to see how y'all come up with new ideas and I can't wait to start riding my mongoose freestyle bike again I had a total ankle replacement surgery from my last ride it been almost a year now since my last ride
Great video!! Keep on thinking outside the box Matty!!! Love all your videos Scott!! I've been watching religiously since you were in the hospital after your accident
@ 4:31 that is a die grinder bit, they are made out of carbide thats why the work so good. If you have a air compressor there i high recommended getting a air die grinder one of my favorite tools. You can put cut off wheels on them there is a endless amount of bits. Just make sure you always put pneumatic tool oil in the air input on the tool. Great video really enjoy the new build dynamic.
This is so sick! Also I just got my mellow yellow hoodie in the mail the other day and I can’t be any happier with how comfortable it is and also how warm it is in this cold weather here in pa
If you guys plan on doing more modifications to bike parts I advise you get a drill press.... It's a necessity in a shop as well and can help drill out stripped threads so you can retap it. 😁 Edit: It's never going to be a new thing in BMX because you wouldn't be able to bunny hop because that thin connection in the seat spinner could potentially break... It's too thin for BMX.
You guys probably need new step bits (cone bits) I use these quite a bit for aluminum fabrication and they wear out regularly, especially drilling through something like a stem
Ay Matty and Scotty are on some mad scientist stuff lately. I'm not gonna lie, this might need to be the next level of this channel or even a new channel. Think of the collabs you could do with other maker and engineering youtubers!
My workbench is 100x worse than that Scotty. I have(had) metal "shards" as you call them in places they just shouldn't be, even imbedded into my clothing after washing them repeatedly. I always wear my full-face shield from Snap-On when doing any type of metal work or grinding/deburring after getting a tiny metal sliver stuck into my eyeball that had bounced off my cheek and between my safely glasses and face. That night it was very irritated but nothing hadn't dealt with numerous times before so went to bed thinking would be better in the morning. When I awoke I immediately realized something was wrong as I had one of the worst pains in my entire life but in my eyeball and side of head. After going to the hospital ER and then being sent to an optometrist they found the metal object but the reason for the extreme pain, swelling, runny eye gunk was the rust ring that had started forming around the foreign metal. They informed me how lucky I was to have caught it that soon because I probably would have lost the eye to infection by the following day or two. Sorry for long story my point is just always be super careful and safe during your projects guy's and have fun as we all greatly enjoy the content.
I hope that Matty making all these weird bikes and learning odd tricks is actually a preview to that edit he and Scotty were making. Maybe that thing is going to be insane.
Awesome creativity too think that far outside the box. I was expecting a double pegs/bar spin though. You've raised the bar that high with obscure riding 👍🏼🇬🇧
YO Matty!!! You’ve got to try making a swivel bike. Put an additional head tube half way down the top tube and the bottom tube. You haven’t lived until you’ve swiv’d.
Maddie idc bro say it loud! That idea is how it should be! We need more riders like you to experiment and test inventions. You really need to own that design your tm or what not because someone else is gonna take it soon if you dont watch it happen
NEW TRICK! Can Matt pop a wheelie and spin the front wheel by kicking the front peg, or the wheel, but the bars remains straight? That would be awesome! "The Jersey Kick Bar Spin"? 😁
Only 3min in right now, really hoping I see some sort of "antibarspin" where you never take your hands off, and you flick a quick turn as you takeoff to spin the tire around in the air O:
What you guys need to do is connect the the gyro to a brake cable and use that as the mechanism that engages the bar spin effect .so you can ride around lift up and nothing happen.but as soon as you squeeze that trigger it Disengages the locking mechanism .So you can spin the bars and then when you land you don't have to worry about Pulling up and losing control.
Just turn it into a 20in fixed gear freestyle (similar to a 20in mini velo fixed gear lol ) and you’re golden since it’s almost there with those bars. The way you can have more control with the speed. Add some toe straps to the pedals or use the vans clip ons. Interesting concept least It worked out even if it took a bit to get working.
I have never seen someone use a stepper bit to bore out aluminum lol. Gettin it done lol. So how can you bunny hop without disconnecting? Put the brakes back on :)
You need to pulse the trigger on the drill, use a slower speed, and add some kind of lubricant. A dull knife is more dangerous than a sharp knife. You are essentially making forged metal by getting it that hot with a drill/stepper bit, making it harder metal than the bit you are using to cut.
Guys this is awesome. We didn't expect at all to see our Bikespin seatpost when we clicked on this video AHAHAH. That's genius! 😂🔥
Ils sont ingénieux 😁
You guys have a new job help them make a handle bar spin hahaha
You might wanna make a prototype and send it to them. It'd be cool to see a proper setup of this.
@@darastakid88 would be a fun collab

This needs more likes
That’s a great ideal

how would he? the bars would disconnect when hopping to do the bar spin and not spin the forks
So this is the "work" Matty does when he is at work. LMFAO
Let's go Brandon
Yeeey super creative idea , love the vibes lately guys, much love from Bulgaria
Just ordered my next bike from yalls shop im 22 haven’t rode in 8 years hit life trouble but now im ready to get back on the bike im so hyped and still have the passion cause your vids daily play
Love the different types of bikes you guys are building can't wait to see an update on the electric bmx
It's always nice to see how y'all come up with new ideas and I can't wait to start riding my mongoose freestyle bike again I had a total ankle replacement surgery from my last ride it been almost a year now since my last ride
This is funny , the content makes it self with Matt's ideas
😄🤘 @3:21 The heat of the meat is directly proportional to the angle of the dangle!
Awesome video ......that work bench is a mess 😂
Great video!! Keep on thinking outside the box Matty!!! Love all your videos Scott!! I've been watching religiously since you were in the hospital after your accident

Love the custom builds guys
you guys are literally the braille skateboarding of bmx so many whacky creations. I love it keep creating and I will keep watching. Good stuff lads.
Always a great day when I get home from work and one of your videos is up... Cant slow down bro much love!
Love these project! Makes my day!
Need to shout of the shop more often scotty 💯

Love the random build videos, even when they're lame lol. Can't wait for the ramp build series!
the shop xmas tree needs a 25t on top lol...this was a fun one to watch keep em comin guys

Would love to visit this bike shop,
Absolutely love the content you guys are making. Seeing friends having a laugh doing what they love. Keep it up

🛠️Matty lo scienziato pazzo🧐🔧
Good video. That was a realty cleaver idea
Awesome creativity too think that far outside the box. I was expecting a double pegs/bar spin though. You've raised the bar that high with obscure riding 👍🏼🇬🇧
You should get wireless brakes for the gyro problem
Damn Scotty and the boys are really creative with these unique builds I’m honestly impressed how they manage to make them work
You guys always are coming up with awesome ideas keep up the good work guys
What the heck 😂😂😂 love how when they get bored they make new stuff
im proud matty knew what and scs clamp is
Scott!!!! When’s your next trick video coming!! Can’t wait to see your progress!!!
Very creative bunch
Might be crazy sounding but do they make blutooth brake modules to eliminate the cable down the stem?
Congrats if u found this comment so early real Scotty fans 🤙🤙
Heck yeahhh🤟🤟
Been here a year before the crash. ❤️
Matty, I challenge you to throw the bars one direction, and kick the wheel the opposite direction. Also, foot-jam Bar spin
Matty should set a genius world record with that bike bet there's not anything in there with a bike like that 🤔
Woohoo!! That bike is crazy
Matty needs to get that on the rollercoaster bike ASAP. Flip bar spin? If anyone can do it, Matty can
That little grindy thingy used in the drill is called a burr
Sketchy, funny, Entertaining.
Ride on \m/
YO Matty!!! You’ve got to try making a swivel bike. Put an additional head tube half way down the top tube and the bottom tube. You haven’t lived until you’ve swiv’d.
What do you guys do with all your old parts?
Now let's see BK tail whip with the wheel staying straight with the frame
We’re going to need a matty custom bike with the brake set up and this thing lol
So freaking cool!
As someone that knows just enough to get me in trouble at machining. Watching Matty was a little rough lmao
Matty is the mad scientist
You should get Matty to do manual front tire spin !!
Maddie idc bro say it loud! That idea is how it should be! We need more riders like you to experiment and test inventions. You really need to own that design your tm or what not because someone else is gonna take it soon if you dont watch it happen

what's that flatland frame you guys are using ?
Looks like a older Hyper to me.
@@cyberlingbot3d896 yeah the rear drop outs did look like a hyper so maybe they just got a 20.4 frame so you're probably right
Only 3min in right now, really hoping I see some sort of "antibarspin" where you never take your hands off, and you flick a quick turn as you takeoff to spin the tire around in the air O:
You guys need to put a fixie hub on a bmx bike. It would be so funny to see how the guys would react to a bike that doesn't freewheel.
The messy state of your workbench is going to give me nightmares.
Y’all need to have a bike with that setup in a game of Wheel of Misfortune
I wonder if you could do a wheel spin manual by leaning back, turning the bars, lifting up to disengage, then letting the wheel keep going.
This is so wild! 😂
This would be cool to see u do a decade on it
Breaking boundaries
At 4:27 that bit is called a "Burr" or at least here in Aus that is what they are, might be something different in the States.
do you guys send to Europe, Belgium ?
I’d like to see Matt try to do a rolling decade
Yo! Do you think you guys will be coming to the wheel mill any time soon? It’s my dream to meet you guys!! Love the videos!!! 🖤
Go to the bike shop!
I would go to your shop but I live in Canada
When drilling metal, use low speed & heavy pressure. And a drilling lubricant should help too
Do a kick spin! Hold the bars straight and use your foot to kick the front tired around in a spin.
That was fun.
Treflex will be your new best friend in future haha it’s a cutting compound.

It worked out even if it took a bit to get working.
You guys should get all the bikes you’ve made over the year out and make a game of bike out of them
I have never seen someone use a stepper bit to bore out aluminum lol. Gettin it done lol. So how can you bunny hop without disconnecting? Put the brakes back on :)
Just for reference here's my finger. Scotty that made me laugh so hard.
DO U SHIP WORLDWIDE ?
Love you scotty
where r u guys located
Foot jam barspin?
Decade? With both wheels on the ground
You need to pulse the trigger on the drill, use a slower speed, and add some kind of lubricant. A dull knife is more dangerous than a sharp knife. You are essentially making forged metal by getting it that hot with a drill/stepper bit, making it harder metal than the bit you are using to cut.
How did we not get a slider?
Throw the hang 5 barspin 😂😂
"scooter stem" is called SCS
Yeah...Matty said that.
4:39 carbide bit.
Should come to Scotland 🏴 uk
Most beautiful country in the world. 🏴🙏
I love these crazy bike part ideas. My favorite was the dual brake setup.
it's Christmas time plug the store! 👍👍🤣
Can u do a flatland decade?
You should do a normal bar spin in to an opposite bar spin
Crazy boys
I give matty an A for effort but an F for practicality. haha
now I wanna see matty ride a scooter
Amazing
Slow is the name of the game when you are drilling. The uni bit shouldn’t be smoking like that.
Needs to have a soft spring so it always latches
