Can a Python application with PyQt5 GUI application be containerized and can be hosted Windows OS? And can be interacted ? All the material available to host on Linux OS environment. Can you guide to host on Windows server?

Hi When I follow this vedio, I got stuck at 'gcloud builds submit --config cloudbuild.yaml'. The error was 'The user is forbidden from accessing the bucket'. Could you explain any how to fix it?
