Holy cow this is awesome! The lighting, the environments, the music, and the story-I especially liked the busy street scene. It's like a real movie! Awesome!
"Jimmy in the Jungle." *Sounds like a Bob's Burgers reference.* You know, when Gene goes on hold to play "Jingle in the Jungle" during that Christmas episode.
Honesty,in all their time in this series,it goes to show how Rich they are. They: 1:Have gone to a fancy restaurant once 2:Visited Las Vegas 3: Have bought a $700 drone 4:Have a VR set 5:Have gone on an west roadtrip 6:Have a convertible 7: Have nice things in their house All of this And they can't even afford another floor on their house
Turboj79 A frame is basically a picture. Take for example, A video game. Controllers as you probably know move your character. Frames shows you that. Watch Stryter7x (I think I spelt that wrong) on Paper Mario if you need a better explanation.
I am totally amazed. I have enjoyed your brickfilms for a long time, but this is an entirely new level! As always, your storytelling us great, lighting perfect and animation smooth. I just don't know how you picked off that up-close first person walkthrough of the VR jungle. To move so easily through the environment with the camera with everything in focus (and no noticeable "bumps")! I am really impressed. What camera did you use for that part? The result was fantastic!
Thanks so much for the compliments, Jonathan. I just use a Canon DSLR with a Sigma 17-70mm (which has very close focus). The jungle scenes are filmed at 17mm, but to not show my whole room I zoomed in on the botton of the scene in post production. This way the camera looks to be quite close to the ground. In order to make the walkthrough I slide the camera forward each frame while pushing the camera from the top and buttom. The slider is just wobble enough to create the 'walk' effect. And I use the Dragonframe software to keep the animation smooth.
This was a pleasure! We really loved the first-person POV footage of the VR game. Nice work, all!
Thanks! That's great to hear from a stop motion legend himself ;)
