I've heard Alien a million times, and I cried with y'all at the end of the video when Chris and Changbin reached out to him, and he transformed too lol. So, don't worry, it wasn't just y'all. Jisung described himself years ago as a sentimental rapper, and I never shut up about it because I truly think that's one of the best ways I've ever heard him described. He is just such a phenomenal lyricist.
I like you by Changlix might just be the sweetest Stray Kids song of all time lmao and I'm including fan songs in that conversation. I think it was particularly a pleasant surprise because we heard two members we're so used to being aggressive in SKZ music just be so soft and even sing (lead vocalist Seo Changbin rise up).
Considering Seungmin is my favourite vocalist in SKZ and Changbin is one of my favourite rappers, Piece of a Puzzle felt like a personal attack 💀 Also, I really had no choice, I was going to love it regardless. Despite how fond they are of hurting my feelings. I was so annoyed it took me so long to finally listen to it.
Up All Night never fails to crack me up. It's just so ridiculous lmao but, a bop nonetheless (also Changbin's intro and verse are iconic). They actually had a series of videos with the members who were part of this song. Would highly recommend checking it out, 10/10, quality content (whether you watch it in your private time or choose to react to it).
Ah, Drive. I always make me laugh when I watch people react to it. Seeing people's faces as the lyrics (and facial expressions from Chris and Minho) hit them is so funny to me 💀💀💀 The never-ending saga of Chris overexplaining what I refer to as hoe songs is one of my favourites (very excited for you two to eventually get to Red Lights and Wow).
We're all crying together 🤣. Neither of us expected to cry as much as we have when we decided to start a reaction channel 🤣🤣. Sentimental rapper is the perfect description for what he does!

"I see ice as a cream". Hyunjin lyricism here is out of this world. The song is about an icy person, who is always cold to him, but he's so helplessly in love that even the smallest gestures that can mean nothing seem warm and creamy to him. Hyunjin is a genius.
One of the artists Hyunjin admire and respects the most is Colde, I don't know if you ever heard of him but his style of songs and his VOICE especially are really similar in tone, colour and vibe to Hyunjin. You can listen in a free time to the song "Your dog loves you" by Colde (it's one of Hyunjin's fav songs) and you'll see by yourself why Colde is one of the most favourite Hyunjin's musical artist 🥰

Han released Wish You Back and HapPy while Hyunjin was on hiatus and I can tell you that it left a lot of us in tears! 😭 He might not have written it specifically for him but it hits even more when I remember that Han sang Wish You Back live to Hyunjin during one of their first concerts last year 🥺 He sang HapPy as well and when he got to the line "Smile, because you're the prettiest when you smile" he put his hand on Hyunjin's face 🥺 I wish I could show you the picture, Hyunjin had such a cute smile 🥹 (You can find it on Twitter if you want to see the little clip 😁)

piece of a puzzle is my favorite skz record/player of all time (which may be biased since seungmin and changbin are my favorite duo aka the tom and jerry of skz HAHAHA) my favorite part was the pre-chorus where they alternate on the vocals!! their tones when singing are kinda similar so some would think that only seungmin was singing that part but they were alternating which made me love it even more hehe
wish you back is my second favorite !! my ultimate bias is hyunjin, and this was released during his.. yeah.. and this song just resonated with me bc of how much i missed him during that time :(( not to mention, hyunjin absolutely loves this song, whenever he does voice lives he’d always play this and he’d say “my favorite” :(( he and jisung even did a short duet during one of their seoul unveil concerts last year (i hope u guys see that too!) and from my own perspective, hyunjin’s love untold is kind of like a response or a sequel to wish you back in a way with the lyrics matching the story of wish you back :]]

Woah, I've finally found some time to watch the p2 of SKZ-REPLAY album reaction! I was feeling quite unwell for the past week and I was upset that I couldn't watch it earlier, but I didn't want to write emotionless comments just for the sake of commenting lol. So I waited a little bit and here it is! Haha ^^
2:29 "And if you feel yourself like being an alien" yeah, I pretty much do. That's probably the main reason why this song resonates with my heart so much, it's cause I really can see myself in the lyrics. Surprisingly, as I listen to "Alien" I realize that I'm starting to let things go and don't let them bother me anymore. Yeah, I'm kind of an alien, but this doesn't mean it's really bad? I'm living my alien-life quite good now, so it's not even a problem.

My friend was such a kind soul but we eventually had to choose different paths. We've decided to end the friendship on a light note so it won't be covered by negative emotions later, and although it was a really smart decision of us both, sometimes I wasn't able to stop thinking about how things would've gone if we were still together.

It almost feels like Hyunjin himself is the definition of love. And YES! Of course he drew the cover himself haha. Yay I was waiting for this! Alien and Drive are my favorites from this, Drive is just so fun and catchy and Alien just hits me way too hard. Obviously I don't know him personally but based on what I know about Han's life I've actually had a lot of similar experiences as him so i completely understand the feelings from this song, I've cried so many times listening to it.
I also really like Up All Night especially the video, I love MVs that are just kind of silly like that. Weirdly though the song that always gets stuck in my head is HaPpY. Idk why literally after the first time I heard it I would just randomly sing it in my head lol.

I think a lot of people can relate to Alien. It’s easy to feel like an outsider sometimes. As an lgbt person though, I feel like it personally represents my whole experience growing up so it hits everytime

I love all of Han's songs. From what I remember within the explanations, Wish You Back is a song about the animation from a famous Japanese director, called Your Name. Originally it ends on a happy note, but Han got thinking and wrote this song if the ending was not happy and the two main characters had not reunited.
Because is a love song, but knowing how much love Changlix have for eachother, I can't help but think that they sing it to eachother, not the singer hahaha.
Piece of Puzzle is a masterpiece, I love Seungmin's voice. I don't think I'll ever get over it and I'm afraid now his braces are gone, because who knows what he will belt out.
Up All Night is vibe and I'll immediately start vibing once I hear it. No questions asked.
Even though there is whole meme around it, I love Drive so much. I know Chan still feels confined to the idol image and JYPE not being keen on cursing, but I love how he's writing more songs with this vibe.

Listening to the whole album is like an emotional rollercoaster. First it hype you up, after that it makes you sad, next it makes you feel in love, then heartbreak, then alone, then hype again, then sad again, and so on. I love it.

It's funny how many times I have listen to it and how can I listen to it on repit all day long and never get bored of it! It gives me the same feeling every time, it really hits hard. I love every Jisung song, Happy and WIsh you back is also beautiful. Jisung is such a music genious and though all of his songs have a sad vibe they are all amazing! "Beacause" by Felix and Changbin is the sweetest song ever! I love Changbin's singing voice and Liexie is just so charismatic! Also ChangLiex is a ship in Skz and we love them , they go so well together. "Piece of a puzzle" is also an amazing song that I adore! Seungmins voice is just angelic! By the way yous should liste to Changbin singing "Tomorrow" it's an expirience! His singing voice is everything! Up all night is sooooo funny and its acually talking about them, mostly Chan staying up late to work. Ice cream is such a beautiful song, I love Hyunjin's songs so much and his voice is so beautiful. Alien - I'm not sure if he wrote it when he was 16 or 17, or just wrote it referring to the time when he was 16 or 17. It was before he joined Bang Chan and Changbin in 3Racha, though I believe he was with Bang Chan first (as he joined the company before Changbin) and then Changbin later joined them to make 3Racha. I would love to hear the story behind how they got together. If any STAY knows... please share :D I did burst into tears at the same time as both of you during that song because of the music video - it was my first time seeing that too, and omg.. seeing Bang Chan and Changbin holding out hands... 😭
Because I like you - absolutely love this song. (I'm a Changbin ult bias.. so lol) I get his rap and lots of vocals from him. Just love it so much and Felix's deep voice sounds really good. Plus the lyrics are so touching. I tend to prefer Changbin's lyrics as I really love the story he paints with words.
Piece of a puzzle - More Changbin rap and some vocals! (though I'm not sure if you noticed Changbin's vocals on this one lol) and paired with Seungmin's vocals - just gorgeous. Another song I could happily listen to over and over again all day long. (now I'm seriously thinking of making a playlist of JUST Because I like you, Piece of a Puzzle and Streetlight...)
Wish you back - good song, for me I prefer Alien over it though. but still like it!

Up All Night - you really needed this one to break up all the super emotional songs in this list lol. This was the first time I heard Changbin do a more nasally rap and I found it so adorable lol. On a vlive, they played a little bit of this (I think before they released it on SKZ Player) and Bang Chan did the same hand motions he did in the MV. Cracks me up lol. There are a couple theories I've heard - one, they were the vamps and ate grandpa (rawr!), and two, Grandpa was actually the vampire and they were trying to suss him out. I still haven't decided which theory I like more lol
Drive - I saw these comments and re-sharing because it cracked me up. (I may have seen these in the Connected video you did.. lol)

Ice.Cream - it really doesn't sound like it, but it totally reminds me of ice cream trucks and running to go get some. The wordplay of Ice as a cream and Ice to (in korean) cream is satisfying.
Alien as a song was heart wrenching enough.. when you add that video into the mix that's just pure pain. Really though the illustrator did such a good job. I'm glad we were asked to react to that version ❤️

As I already mentionned multiple times but Alien is my favorite album from this album and my favorite Han's song ! I actually have no explanation why because I never read the lyrics before today but I think that I could feel like the emotions and I just love it !
Fun fact, I.N. once said that he can sing everyone's songs but not Han because they were way too high for him. And Han already said that he doesn't want to sing it live because it's too high, sad for me 😭.
I never saw this drawn version of Alien but it was really beautiful ! But I have to say that the lasr part is technically wrong since Han joined JYP entertainment before Changbin 😂.

So he wrote this song after watching the movie Your name (or Kimi no na wa) and he thought of an alternative ending. The original ending is an open ending but quite positive so he thought of a sad ending.
And I don't know if it's linked or not. But the transition between the part of the song really reminds me of Radwimps, the group who made all the OSTs of Your name. And while I'm talking about that, I also think that the transition in Limbo reminds me of Radwimps too !
Oh and this song was released during Hyunjin's hiatus so sole stays think that this song was dedicated to Hyunjin. So when they sang it together during one of their concert, many stays were really touched by this performance.

Fun fact it was the first that Chan created when he joined JYP entertainment. He rearranged the song before this was released. And I think that their some modifications in the version of skz replay, when I heard it I felt like something changed but I might be wrong.

I actually do not dislike the song and I love when they perform it at concerts ! I think that what made me not want to listen to it is because of stays and how they talk about it. It's the same way they talk about Red lights and I do not like that even if for Drive it's real while for Red lights it's not.

And the same goes for Red lights but Red lights is in fact not about sex and when you say it to some stays they will say "that you can not believe what Chan says" and that makes me mad.
