I am really happy that changbin got so many parts on this album, he got the chance to show all his talents as a fire rapper, slow rapper, flowy rapper, and last but not least as a phenomenal vocalist. I believe this album is a mark of their growth as artists, they deserve the world

Runners was written by Chan and Felix only, so it's them being geniuses for those bars, mostly I'm amazed by Felix for that song, he was also producing that one if I'm not mistaken

This album definitely hit different- and even the lead up with the different teasers and even what felt like how their different schedules fell into place - something is different in a great way!
It felt appropriate and deliberate how they mapped out this track list (and it’s just the mini album- I think we’re still in for a full length album this year too!). 3racha, esp Binnie , said they got emotional writing Stray Kids. As big as they get, it’s was like recentering of who they are with humble reminders. Love them!! They make us stay!

I don't know if anyone mentioned it already but I've found this for Honey-jam and it's interesting:
"꿀잼 (kkul-jaem) 꿀 (kkul) means “honey” while 잼 (jaem), with the same pronunciation as the English word “Jam”, is a shortened version of the word 재미있어요 (jae-mi-iss-eo-yo), which means interesting. This slang, “Honey-Jam”, is commonly used by younger people to describe something being fun and enjoyable"
JJAM is a double J because its a carry over from Korean spelling. ㅈ is their J sound and it's a softer J sound. To make a hard J, its written ㅉ. It was a Binnie preference. He wanted it to really *hit*. 😁

I think that as a full album, like song after song, this is my favorite album that they EVER created! It was fun, funny, meaningful, touching, and in the end, there was even a party (and usually I don't really like the remix versions of songs). This is absolutely Freaking Perfect!

I say that with every album they put out, and I will say it again! "I have no idea how, but they upgrade with every single album they put out", only this time it's not only as individual songs, it's the flow and meaning of the whole album for me. And like you, I Am NOT a ballad kind of person, I was almost a total Punk groupie, Metalhead before Stray Kids (Only when I read, but I prefer classical music, which is different).
This will be the only time that I am absolutely sure to say that I have listened to the full album on repeat more than 700 times in the past month. I listened closely. read the lyrics. Impatiently noticed when I reached the last song only to play the whole thing again from the start. I am totally aware that I have this connection to the album because It's from our KIDS! If this was any other group or band I would definitely listen to it A LOT! But not that much. It's because It's meaningful to us, it spoke directly to STAY, It spoke directly to ME. And I definitely listened. They create masterpiece after masterpiece and this one, especially "Stray Kids" song, brought me to tears even before I heard the full song, the Unveil\mashup made me cry before the album even came out.
I am so proud of them, I am so proud to be a STAY.

I have a lot of songs that I don't really vibe with but find meaningful because they are, but they're not my style. with this album...I just didn't have that.

It's my first stray kids comeback and I'm genuinely happy about it. I want to thank you because I'm a stay mostly because of you (I'm still watching all your videos about them, it takes a lot of time, there are so many) and now they are a big part of my life ngl and for some reasons, they are helping me going forward.
My fav from the album I think it could be Chk Chk Boom but I really love Twilight as well, it's so hard to make a choice .

I don't know if you've watched the intro for this album, but when Chan is talking about Runners in it, he talks specifically about how having two "L"s and then flipping one and putting them together makes a 'W', essentially turning their losses (or lessons) into wins. So yeah, all the words with dobbel L in that part was very intentional. To be able to catch a glimpse into how their minds work ... they are wizards with words.
And there are soooooo many references to old songs in Stray Kids, even more in the unveil video of it. It had them revisiting old sets of past MVs and everything. Hit right in the feels.
For me, Jjam was the one that needed a few listens this time, sort of like Comflex did on Rock-star, but it's already grown on me now

I'm thinking they'll do a video for Mountains, considering in the video where they talked about all the songs they talked about filming on a mountain and we still haven't seen that, so, I'm hoping. We didn't get one for Hall of Fame and that was a tragedy, so hopefully they make up for it with Mountains lol. It was all really good though! Might be my favorite album so far, all the songs are just so addicting. I can't even choose one as my favorite, I really can't do it, they're all so good. And I loved your reactions, I put this video on while playing a game and 10/10 did not disappoint. At several points got so invested in your reactions that I died in game lolol.

As a DnB veteran (Picture seeing Pendulum in Doncaster Dome in the early 00's) I can't believe it took watching Teddy to connect the dots for me on why I got pulled in by Stary Kids, I'd have been bopping to these in the clubs in Scunthorpe.
