Moulds used in this video are knock offs which I wasn't aware of while purchasing them and later on when using in my video. It's impossible to know all the designs out there, new or old... I would never intentionally purchase products with stolen designs 😔

I'm so sorry for that accident you went through.
The mold is fine, and don't worry about it. It happens and not everyone is going to be able to know who is who when purchasing it off a site.
I have to admit that I had no idea where you were going with this! I also thought I wasn't interested in clay embellishments. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! I love the canvas, and I think I'm going to have to invest in some clay and molds. And trust me when I say I don't NEED any more supplies at the moment!

There are so many designs/artists out there that this will happen from time to time. You expect companies to sell their own designs, but this does not always happen. You have CORRECTLY done what you should by alerting everyone of the issue and removing the link. Please do not overly stress yourself now and move forward. Anyone who knows YOU will know you would NEVER condone stolen designs as you are a designer yourself and because you are a KIND, CARING and HONEST person.
PS - I have been thinking of you and hope the surgery went well.

I saw your link to this project earlier and wanted to watch your creative process through this stunning piece. And watched intently bless. As for the Moulds being knock off, you weren't to know. I have purchased before products before now and has crossed my mind, but thought no way, but as you said this is occurring so blatantly and more so in China. Hi Marta, I so enjoy learning new skills from you. Just a little tip for easier removal of your clay. Sprinkle a little bit of baby powder, or cornstarch before using your mold, and it really makes a difference....Beautiful project!

I use a small paint brush and a tiny bit of corn starch before i put my clay in the mold. Works great! I love your work! Very inspiring!

Unbelievably gorgeous!
I lightly dust my silicone moulds with cornstarch before inserting the clay. It allows for an easier release and reduces the risk of breakage and separation on designs that have alot of intricate detailing.

Clay mould tips; Lightly dust your molds with cornstarch or baby powder before adding paper clay. When de-moldinging your cast flip mold upside down and roll the mould. For very delicate mould casts- after dusting and filling mould with paper clay place mould in the freezer for 15 to 30 minutes. Your casting should fall right out of the mould after freezing. Hope this helps. Cheers 🍻

So very beautiful!!! My transfer sheets were delivered recently so I was excited to see this video! I have filled the molds with hot glue from the glue gun, but have never tried the clay. Definitely on my "to do" list now!

i love how the clay elements bring it all together but i would not have the patience for removing the paint in all the cracks. Maybe a earcleaner would be handy for it? still i like the project in the end :) have a nice weekend Marta
Maremi, have you tried using an air dried light weight clay for your moulded pieces, I use an air dried clay called Hearty white, it’s extremely light weight and adds very little weight to my finished mixed media pieces, it’s also slightly flexible when it dries and you can paint it with anything you can use on paper as it’s a Paper based clay. It does shrinks by approx 10% as it dries.
When I use clay in moulds I dust the mould first with corn starch or corn flour as that will help with the release.

Turned out awesome. Try using a light coat of some cornstarch in your molds next time you use them. It makes them release so much better. I just love molds as they are well worth the money because of so many ways and projects you can use them in. My favorite are the IOD ones. They have a rim around the edge that help them to release and form so perfect. Once again thanks for sharing your talent and time with us.

Clay molds are awesome but can be difficult to use. If you will lightly brush molds with corn starch the clay will release easily.

When you use the clay molds use a little baby powder on it before you put the clay in it , then it will come out fast and perfect.
Nice work Marta. Love hearing you opening your package, happy as a kid in a candy store. I've watched a few videos about resin, enough for me to decide they aren't for me - cause my crafting space also includes a husband and pets with sensitive noses. I like your clay work, sorry that you got tricked by place that stole product idea. Everyone that knows you, will know you didn't do anything with bad intentions. I have few small silicone molds and kids Crayola air dry clay, didn't want to spend too much until I decided whether I liked or not. Hi Marta. This project is soo beautiful that you literally inspired me to try it out. And I love how you include your daughter in other projects so I started crafting with my daughter as well. Betzave is her name and she is always goes above and beyond what I show her. Sorry for the incident but we never know. I ordered moulds from Joann's and amazon, some say finnabair others different. You just never know. I did not like the clay though. I had a hard time taking it out of the mould. I'm going to try the clay you use and see if it works better. I will continue to follow your tutorials. Thank you for inspiring us everyday with such beautiful projects and taking the time to explain. It really helps. God Bless.
