There's a shot of Oscar's expression which is...strange. He's laughing and shaking his head, which is probably just a "Oh well, here I am back in this completely unprofessional office." But you'd think he'd be frowning or something like that, it's pure speculation but I think he looks kind of attracted? -Oscar and Andy accompany Michael (and Dwight?) on a business trip and have a subplot of getting to know each other better. Andy: "It took me two days to get to know a guy I've sat beside for years, and he's delightful!" -In a separate episode, Oscar and Andy accompany Michael to the presentation about how badly the company's doing. Andy tries to encourage Oscar to be more confident and speak his mind (which ends up not working out) -Andy and Oscar are the most frequently paired up characters in these seasons. They walk into work together, go to Hank's bar-thing together, always move to stand beside each other in a group setting, agree with each other in most arguments, and so on -Michael spreads a rumour that Andy is gay. It's played for a joke but Andy seriously questions this and confirms that it would explain a lot.
