Chef Jeff, sir, you have THE best recipes! I noticed you use a lot of real ingredients and fats, god job! All of this processed stuff is making us sick. Corn oil, for example, how much oil do you think I in a kernel of corn? Next to nothing, so it’s takes bushels of corn to make a cup of corn oil. When we eat it, our bodies don’t recognize a cup of corn oil, it recognizes bushels of corn and doesn’t know what to do with it. So it stores it and as we know, oil goes rancid after a while and this is what makes us sick. My grandparents used real butter, while milk and lard when they cooked and they were healthy as an ox! Good job, I commend you!

I have a bunch of AP flour and buttermilk and instead of purchasing the Aunt Jemima or Pearl Milling Compleye Pancake Mix I just make it from scratch it saves money.
