I can't remember the name of the item, but with the one that decapitates you and makes your body a follower (I think it's pinking shears), you can sacrifice the body unless that's been changed in a recent update.

Just want to mention you can only get one crawl space per floor so if you try using the shovel on a different decorative tile even if it’s in the same room it will just take you to the next floor
@@Gab12345BR You have to complete the void or chest room (chapter 6) to unlock them, I usually do that before beating mom's heart 11 times by using the sacrifice room (the red one with the spikes in the center)
The baby plum tip actually is not for begginers because you first need to get the "something wicked this way comes 2" achievement to unlock the repentance bosses
Not a correction or anything but the baby plum tip only work if you dont ever damage her for the fight, if you shoot her at least once she wont leave no matter how much time you wait Basically its 30s after you entered the room if you dont damage her, but if you do even by accident (like you entered the room holding the shoot button or something) it wont work
i just cheated all his unlocks with the debug console because fuck jacob and esau, we all only play him for damocles, rock bottom, red stew and magic skin.

@@EithanPereira-bb9cwI do, but since I had the game pre-afterbirth+ (before the mod existed) I knew what the item did by using it, and then I never bothered to read the description because I thought it just made trapdoors and rarely crawlspaces at random

Fyi getting a crawl space from a shovel is a repentance buff, so it only works for those who have repentance.
