You should have made the New CEO a young person so they could be with the company for a long time and make changes to reflect their new leadership like replace people with younger people as they leave or add a 3rd shift
Yes and name that person after yourself, like he/she is family (following up their dad as he retired).
I think the new CEO has a doctorate degree in Marketing. Now we're going to see realistic marketing budgets.
Maybe make a Nerdrosoft Museum to store all the awards from the Dylan era of the company? Like the new CEO wants to make an homage to the founders as well as clear out the "old ones" to make space for new awards. Just a thought!

Holy shit this needs to be done such a great idea, and it includes more building which we all love.
Suite Pro released in May 2022 for just $3 a month and as of October 2025 (41:29) it was making a profit. Subscription works, it just takes time. Maybe Hellshock Infinite as the last in a series could be a "live service " or MMO to truely give it that ongoing nature.

Hire a 18yo unskilled kid to be the CEO and rename them Dylan Conflict Jr.
Doors having no updates yet still bringing money makes me both happy and sad. Please, update them. Those 700+ bugs on each wont make it better.
New furniture does look good but feel we should petition the devs to make it so you can put the Software Inc Cat as the design on the outward facing section of the room dividers. Who wouldn't be happy having a giant picture of him in your office.
Either that or make it so you can have company pets and have some roaming around inside the offices....for the employee's emotional benefits of course.

Do you have any plans about playing with Gold and make attacks on other companies? Never played Software Inc and I'm really curious about it, love the series btw!

i wish you could get multiple diamond awards an that you had to turn in the awards to receive it. i have so many awards that when i moved buildings i didnt bother putting any out
