Why not have lighting at evening and night hours? In our hot and humid climate, evening and night hours are most welcoming for a visit to the rail corridor. Visit any PCN, on a weekday, evening and night hours are crowded with park goers.. Rail corridor south is just as urbanized as any residential estates, it's sad that the norturnal animals get to enjoy but not our residents. Have lighting for rail corridor south, at least ..
