I bought one and I love it. Got mine for the same price as you. I actually think the knife’s worth 30. It checks all the boxes. Glad to see someone cover this knife.

I love this knife so much I bought another one a year later knowing that did raise their price.
The two I bought didn't smell at all the only thing I can think of is somebody at the Chinese Factory sprayed it with perfume perfume.
I would highly recommend this knife for somebody's first button lock knife.
As I said I bought two of them years apart and they came shop right out of the box
