I have bowled for over 45 years. Used to be 195/205 average.asI have aged my average has come down a bit. I have used different bowling gloves and grips to find that comfortable feel amd release..I bought a Rev1. Seen people use them they looked very comfortable. I put it on and saw the adjustments and had no idea where to set it. Found your video on RUclips. Going to practice and try the settings. Thank you I will let you know if it helps or hurts.
You threw the best shots on this video than any other. Loved the more behind it even though you said around it. Good job. You get on a shit condition that wrist support would keep it in play.
Im using this as a training tool. This makes me clear my thumb extremely fast which is bizarre but tells me that the thumb clearing is certainly one cause of my lack of revs.
I had different brand of wrist brace, I bought and used it because i always had my wrist sore after bowling….. since i used the wrist braces bowling is comfortable again for me, maybe im using a heavy bowling ball (14lbs&15lbs)?? Or its just that i have a weak wrist. Or perhaps my technique is bad. But then again using braces help improves my release.
I have had this one for a couple of years but never really gave it a chance after watching the video on rev 3 I purchased it and have gotten comfortable with it especially on spares on setting one. I am thinking about maybe trying out this one to see if there is any difference. You did not shoot at a spare with this one and am curious if this one would be different on spares than rev3. Thanks
I’d work with the one you have for the time being. It’s seems to be working for you and is usable on spares. Though I didn’t shoot spares with it, I don’t think it’d be an issue with the Revs 2.
@@brunsnickthe product does cause even spare balls to rev like resin hybrids. I'm normally a down and in type of bowler but that wrist device turns me into a cranker.
If you want to shoot spares with a straight throw you can just take the brace off. If I have a ten pin I don’t like trying to hook it and risk a gutter ball lol. But then again practice practice practice
Have you reviewed the Pro Release wrist support? I am 70 years old. I have used it in the past. I have never been very strong. I spin the ball because I cannot stay behind the ball. I have had to go to a one step delivery do to balance issues. I also have had to drop to 12 pound equipment. I love your reviews.
@@brunsnickI have that one and it's a good device to have especially for bowlers who have a very low rev rate. It has five adjustable pitches that changes how your ball rolls and also you can move the front part left and right to increase and decrease forward roll. I bought mine through bowler's paradise for around $60.
I have a pro release also. I’ve been using it for a very long time. I was looking for something with more finger support. The Pro release extended and the regular hard to find in stock. Bowling index can get them but it’s a 4 week wait or more.
Thank you for your recommendation i will purchase the one with finger support be aide I need that rotation in my game once I practice with it on the lanes I will let you know how it works for me. Thanks
I was wondering if this would help with someone who releases the ball backup style. My daughter just started bowling and I can break her of the habit of releasing it with a backwards spin. I’ve never used any sort of wrist brace or support so I have no idea so any help would be appreciated.

Why did you like it the best. I’m coming from a Moro Pro-Release and I’m in between purchasing the Revs 2 or the 1 to have a little more finger support. I’ve always had wrist and tendinitis issues. Thanks for the reviews!
@@13Dtownfan in his review Nick said the revs 2 hurt his index finger because it bent it Back against the top of the support when cupped. I bought the Revs 1 and I like it. I didn’t consider the 3 because I didn’t want that big finger sticking up 🤷🏻♂️
@mollynorthrop3657 I was going to ask this question. I saw your response to the question and you just flat out lied about what he said. Not cool when people are trying to figure out how to spend their money. He DID NOT say it "hurt" his index finger. People like you piss me off on the internet!!

Will it help you to learn to do it correctly and build the strength/ feeling required to do so or does it become a crutch??

I have tendinitis, weak wrist which glove would you recommend this one Rev2 or the one with the finger support? Help
All will help your tendinitis, the longer the finger support, the more side turn and axis rotation in my experience.

Can you review the Pro Release wrist support?
If I happen to come across one maybe.
Are you able to try the Storm Power Plus glove with the pads in the palm? Curious how the pads will hold up.
He works for Brunswick. You won't be seeing anything from Storm on this channel... not even a chamois.
No sorry tphelps6610

I would suggest starting with a simpler device like a Robby’s.
Will this also help with 2-handing?
Probably not so much.
Do you need to have this device during drilling or it doesn’t matter?
I wouldn’t fit someone with this glove on.
Did you end up adjusting the glove to your normal release anyway??
Wearing the glove doesn’t allow for my normal release. That’s the point.
Are these gloves legal for USBC league play?
@@axiom-xse yes
What size glove are you using?
Medium
Is there any point in buying one of these when theyre being banned from play?
Only on PBA Tour so unless you’re on that level…
