That is to funny! What a small world! It was so nice talking with you, hope you had as good of a time as we did at KWP. Maybe we will see you again sometime! Thanks for watching and enjoy your travels!
at 8:14 in the video. When looking off the inn balcony. In the fall they land float planes on the lake and taxi several of them up in the inn back yard. Pretty awesome.
From Coldwater,mi about 10-15 mint north of Pokagan. I've been going there since the 80s,and take my son ,Nephews, and Niece still. Great little park. They have a toboggan run in the winter that is a lot of fun.
Sounds like you have made a lot of memories at Pokagan! We have been wanting to check out the toboggan run, maybe on of these days we will plan a trip. Thanks so much for watching and happy camping!
You have had some great Indiana videos this summer. We didn't realize how nice Indiana State Parks are! I think a trip across the border will be in our plans next summer!
We have had a great time camping in Indiana!! It's nice living so close to IN and being able to visit often. Most of their parks are very well taken care of. It's worth the drive. Thanks for watching!
Camped there 4 nights back in May. Great campground. Bike trail all the way to town was only about 6 miles. There is also a state recreation area on other side that has a fishing peer and more bike and hiking trails.
I liked that old outboard motor. Looks like a nice campground with a really nice fresh water beach. You two are getting much more relaxed in front of the camera. Very nice job on the video.
Great overview of the park. Can you confirm whether the sites at the section you were in (100’s), particularly lake view sites, accommodate a motor home? The site size description indicates the size is right, but also states the road is narrow. Looks like backing in could be a challenge.
Thank you so much for watching. Yes the road going in is tight. The sites are a good size. I wouldn’t recommend any camper over 34 feet. Thanks again. Safe travels.
Great Video guys! We been to the park many time but never knew about Hell's point. We'll be camping around there for the next 2 months, I will have to check the trail out.
Thanks for all your videos! We were there years ago when kids were young. We tent camped back then. It looks like we will have to give it another try. Bring the Grand kids next time. Looks like its much nicer now! We have a Roo hybrid but want to go to a Mini Lite. Any suggestions? We like an outside kitchen and room to sleep others. Under 30 feet though. Thanks! 😊✌
Thanks so much for watching - really appreciate it! There are so many models in the Mini Lite, some have bunk houses and I think there are a few with outdoor kitchens. We love ours and would highly recommend the Rockwood brand! You may want to look into the Rockwood Ultra Lights, they are a little longer in size.
I didn't catch where you stayed. looks like the 100 series. 5 sections. 100-500's The 100 would be tighter for a larger camper. We're within an hour from pokagon. Very nice will kept park and trails!! We've stayed here alot. We've visited the 100 but never camped there as we have a 35' and it would be tight to get back in there most sites. 200 section is non electric. Modern restrooms / showers in all sections.
Yes it’s a very nice park. Can’t remember which site we were on, it was a small section on a hill. It would definitely be tight in that section. Thanks for watching!!
Love your videos especially the Indiana ones since I live in Indiana. Hope maybe will meet you guys one day while camping. Did Corey get any ice cream?
I have a question cuz I'm thinking about going in the summer does it have dumping station I never been to an Indiana state park so it's gonna be exciting
Yes they actually have a couple of dump stations. We really enjoy going to the Indiana State parks! Have a great time exploring this park and thanks for watching!
We were on site #123. This section has some moderate hills, curse and a a bit steep in some places. With our 22 ft camper we had no issues what so ever. Glad to hear you love our videos!! It’s your support that keeps putting out videos! Thanks for watching and have a happy and safe 2024 Camping season!
We did like our site a lot, it was vary large. It was #123. The site had no grass so if it rained it might get very muddy. Most of the sites in our section waere mostly dirt. Thanks so much for watching!
