Having worked in tv and production companies - the kind of professional people management skills Delta’s correctly suggesting should’ve existed. i.e. “thank you this isn’t a fit and we’re going to let you go” are very absent. These people are very skilled, and super professional in other areas, but due to the structure of the industry they never learn how to have proper, difficult conversations you have in more traditional jobs. They can just ghost people so they do.
Frankly I've never known ANY management able to have proper, difficult conversations. They would rather lose business and sully their reputation. That's literally the opposite of professional and skilled.

I think Delta is referring to how RuPaul is very silent on social media when there are events that could be spoken on like the pandemic. RuPaul makes sure she's paid for everything and if you notice doesn't try to pick sides that could alienate getting paid.
