    Do you have a video about clinical notes for outpatients? for a Primary Care physician working at a clinic?
    Also EMR important codes? That would be awesome! Great videos Doc!!!!

    How much time should be spend on preparation for the next consulation

      That's a great question. It will vary by the kind of patient you are going to see. If they are acutely and seriously ill, check with your staff physician first to make sure they know about the patient and want you to jump in. If a "regularish" patient (not severely and acutely ill), then prep could be anywhere from 2 min (for a minor issue) to much longer (for a very complex issue, such as a patient with cancer). Ideally, you would do an "prep" prior to the patient showing up if you are working in a clinic. As a staff physician, I tend to spend just a few minutes (or even much less) regardless of the scenario and instead choose to learn the story from the patient, or from the chart in the patient's presence. There is no perfect answer to this as some patients will like things done different from each other.
