I love how Pat immediately gets taken into the crowd. This is the type of crowd bands dream of having and they got it with only an ep and a few singles. they get this every single time the come to chain reaction. So great
After he said "Im a fucking mess" he started crying, you could hear it in his voice in the next few lines and he kept wiping his face. Patrick is so amazing. I wish the best to him and Movements. His music isnt just written to be sad, he puts true emotion in. I appreciate that.
At that point where everyone got on stage and hugged and sang with him..and at "I still feel the weight, black and white" he looked so emotional in a sad, but happy way and it filled my empty heart.
These guys will be massive in a few years. I don't remember the last time I saw a band this young with with only a couple demos and an EP out pull a crowd like this and have the whole venue know all the words to all the songs, without really doing any crazy social media exposure or anything like that to build themselves, just a natural progression. Maybe The Story So Far was the last one, idk, but bands like this are rare.
For real, the first time I saw them was when they were just starting out, before even the EP was out and no one knew them but after that I loved them and told Patrick after how awesome they were. Then the second time I saw them there were some people including myself screaming all the lyrics, then the third time I saw them nearly everyone knew all the words and even though they were the opening band, the crowd was by far the rowdiest for them. They've really grown their fanbase fast and they're going places.
mirraco323 they truly will! I've seen them twice now; once with Pierce The Veil, and once at this year's Warped Tour. Their crowd has grown dramatically since then, and I can't believe the fans they've gained. They're still pretty damn humble too, and they have all of my heart.
Imagine performing your songs that have so much feeling and meaning in front of a crowd who is singing and feeling the lyrics right along with you. Movements must have been so proud to perform in front of this amazing crowd of humans and proud of themselves for getting there.
All in a same place, in a same feeling with really powerful emotional vibe. Reminds me of Hotel Books. I'd like to meet more people like you, with this same interests... In Mexico is very hard to find someone who enjoys this masterpieces :( Saludos desde Guadalajara ✌🏻
I was here! 🥲 I’ve seen Movements 7 times now and this was honestly the best show out of them all. It was so intimate & the crowd was nuts. I always come back to this to relive it ❤ I really hope they play Chain again someday… Regardless this band will always mean so much to me and I’m so proud of how far they’ve come since. They deserve it 🫶🏻
you can see in his face how grateful he is about how far he arrived and just to see him interact with his fans you realize that this guy is humble and good person. I hope he and his band get far, they deserve it dude
These dudes...every time I see them live I get more and more astonished at their talent. They're so driven and truly care. I see such huge things for them. There's just some bands that everything they put out is solid in every respect of the word; Movements is on of those bands. Those new songs were so tasty.
Lolita, you can get my support, really need some people who shares the same interests and probably the same feeling. I am here, really, even if I don't speak English very well... In Mexico is very hard to find someone who enjoys this masterpieces ❤️ Saludos desde Guadalajara 🇲🇽
@@Blixen2112 Hola, Oscar. Vi tu comentario y me dieron ganas de decirte que aquí hay un hispanohablante que disfruta de obras de arte como Movements. 🙋♂️ No estás solo.
I come back to this video several times a year. It keeps me inspired as a musician and reminds me why I want to write music. One of the best sets I’ve ever seen on here. Hands down.
I've been following this band since the start and I've got to know them all . I promise you that this band will reach every goal they set. They don't even have an album just a demo and a EP let me repeat that THEY DONT HAVE AN ALBUM! They are selling out a venue that takes some of these bands Years to have a crowd like that
I met them in Philly when they toured with Slaves. They had so many people there for them as an opener. That was a crazy tour for them. They called me that night because a certain lead singer disappeared after the show...
This show and movements are what kept me going during the lockdowns and the quarantines. I just wish I could get back to doing these types of shows again. I'm an audio engineer and this virus has destroyed everything I loved. I fucking love these guys
I live in Michigan and I need to promise myself to see movements at this place cause it’s just something I want to experience in my life. This band is so much too me I’m seeing them in April with knocked loose and I hope the crowds go off for these guys they deserve everything good that comes their way.
dude when he says “it’s good to be home” at the beginning you can see it in his face and hear it in his voice the gratitude he has for each and every person there. i fucking love Pat and i love this band
Eu tenho 23 anos, e essa é a melhor live que eu já vi até hoje, o sentimento que a banda coloca nas musicas, a plateia sentindo junto. I am so fucking hopefull i'll see this band before i die. Come to Brazil.
The first song that make me love this band is vacant home. Really, I'm a student who studied in different city with my parents and home. Listen that song make me feel good to remember my parents and my hometown
if u watch chain reaction video 15, 16 and then this year... its really impressing to see how the crowd is growing. maybe next time the venue is too small
This was one of the most amazing and intense concerts I've ever seen. And I've seen a shit load. The die hard fans made this truly special! MOVEMENTS KICKS ASS,,GREAT BAND!
O reacao em cadeia é um lugar muito especial. O lugar pequeno, lotado, as pessoas proximas, toda essa energia e atmosfera com todos canfando cada virgula juntos, torna tudo muito especial. Vivi momentos memoraveis nessa casa. Saudacoes do Brasil. 🇧🇷

mirraco323 I've been saying this for years!
mirraco323 i agree, i am a little biased with them being my favorite band though ;)

I would even bet you they will pull a TSSF and start shitting on their fan girl fans once they start getting really huge.

I think they have an album out now but you have a point. These guys are going somewhere.
I met them in Philly when they toured with Slaves. They had so many people there for them as an opener. That was a crazy tour for them. They called me that night because a certain lead singer disappeared after the show...
I still regularly come back to this set and it gives me chills. Cherish it those of you who were lucky enough to be there.
I always come back to this video every couple of months
