The fact that he insisted on not letting the older passenger to seat down is a BIG issue! What happens to good old chinese values - Respect the elderly and help others in need? True. The issue is not about whether the boy gave up the seat or not, it's about him occupying an extra seat that should have been given to someone else. Did he pay the fare for 2 persons? He didn't, rite? Then he has no right to take 2 seats at the first place.
