Arsenal have been top of the Premier League table for virtually all of the 2022-23 season, and many people have them as favorites to be English champions at the end of the campaign. But here’s why we think Arsenal will not win the Premier League…not this season, not next, and maybe not ever again.
Now, this is not to discredit Mikel Arteta at all. He has done such a magnificent job with Arsenal this season, but it’s just that we have seen this exact same script play out too many times, so forgive us for not being very optimistic.

City has become such a juggernaut in the heads of EPL fans that they'd rather just accept it becoming an English Bundesliga because if any other club wins it, it means somebody did the unthinkable and it wasn't their club

It's like saying Leicester would have won the league again if they kept all their players. Teams drop in and out of form. Everything has gone right for arsenal this season. It's now or never.
@@DrBased123 if you look at key players in Arsenal on top of adding more quality in summer tell me apart from city which teams have a better squad then Arsenal? Arsenal got some serious talents like Martinelli, Saka, Odegaard, G Jesus, Balogun, Saliba . I don’t blame you years of building stadium and coming short so often in Wenger era have plant this in your mind but the different is this Arsenal invest while back then they had to sell best players every years

One point that really agree with is the fatigue of first team players. We don't have ESR, Viera, & Kiwior in good form because we kept on playing with the same team for most of the season. They are undeniably good talents. But since they are not in form, they can't exactly replace players in first team. One thing i can't agree with, is the same old arsenal thought. It doesn't really make sense.
Fatigue makes players prone to injury....so if something does not change soon @Goal 90 may be right

The Premier League winner will be decided in the Arsenal vs. Man City match in 2 weeks from now. Until then, literally anything can happen if you ask me. Don't forget that City is still playing in other tournaments and are heavily focused on winning the UCL for the first time after that trashing with Bayern. They might just ignore the end of the Premier League season if they decide to finally win the cup.

If you genuinely love football, you would be happy to have a team that finished outside top 4 last season, competing this season for the title. That's what makes Premier league and football exciting. Solid teams can't always be in form and should not always win or defend their title. Arsenal as a group of young players should be encouraged. City must not win a treble

Don't mistake Wenger's Arsenal with Arteta's one. Arteta has already won 2 titles, built a great team of young hungry players from scratch, brought 2 title winners. The man has a project and this season we are taking PL. Yes, City has a better squad and have more title experience, that's obvious. However, at the end of the day City is a small club, Arsenal is a permanent class and best away team in England. We lifted titles in White Hart Lane, Old Trafford, Stamford Bridge and Anfield. Emptyhad is nothing in comparisan to what this club has been through.
